Ricardo Solorio has three warrants for his arrest in Franklin County and is wanted by the Department of Corrections for breaking probation on a meth bust conviction.
Department of Corrections officers say most of his ties are to the Tri-Cities and Pasco, but also knows people in Pendleton and Hermiston, Oregon.
