KENT — Kent Police need your help to find a suspect accused of assaulting a 5-year-old girl.
“Isai Hernandez was at a family’s residence. He was a guest in the home. Some type of altercation happened between him and a 5-year-old. The 5-year-old was choked, was bitten and punched. The family located him and her together and when confronted, he took off on foot before Kent patrol got there and we haven’t seen him since,” said Det. Melanie Robinson with Kent Police.
The 23-year-old suspect is well known to law enforcement. Hernandez has arrest warrants in Auburn and Kent.
“He does have priors for a drive-by shooting, assault and so he’s a dangerous individual. We want to get him picked up and get him off the streets,” said Det. Robinson.
He is believed to be in the Renton area and is associated with a 2000 white Ford Taurus.
If you can tell officers where to find him, Crime Stoppers will pay you a cash reward of up to $1,000. Call the hot line anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
