Everett Police are hoping somebody can tell them this suspect’s name after detectives say he stole another man’s identity and cash — and that victim has never even set foot in Washington state.  “He’s got my full driver’s license number. He’s got, apparently my Social Security number. He does have a fake Texas driver’s license, which is what he’s used for most of the capers. He must be a very smooth talker, because there are all kinds of alerts on my accounts and he was able to  go in there and still get money out of them,” said Forest Bugge.

"Our detectives are working with other local law enforcement agencies, putting together information, trying to figure out who this suspect is. We definitely need the public's help to identify this suspect, so we can begin working on this. We know that he's taken extensive amount of money, more than just our case, so we really would like to identify him." said Officer Aaron Snell with Everett Police.wanted-id-theft-suspect-close-up

Detectives think the suspect has hit at other banks around the Puget Sound area.  Seattle Police have an open case on him after he stole from a victim in California.  "Be very careful. When you make online purchases, or you go to a store, or you use a PIN, make sure you've covered the PIN number, all these kinds of things. Protect your assets before guys like this take all your money," said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

"The frustration level is just incredible, building on a fair amount of anger," said Bugge who added, "I'd love to get him back here in Texas and throw a little Texas justice at him. "

If you know the suspect's name or have any information that could help find him, submit it to Crime Stoppers via the P3 Tips App on your phone or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS.

You can also send an anonymous tip through http://www.P3Tips.com.

There is a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to his capture because Bugge is adding $1,000 to the reward.
