WANTED IN SEATTLE —
Seattle Police are asking for your help to find a light-colored 2018 Infiniti QX80 used as the getaway vehicle after an armed robbery on June l6th.

Two victims were parked near Alaskan Way and Spring St. waiting for the ferry when an armed suspect approached their vehicle on foot. “They’re approached by a suspect with a gun. He actually presses the gun against the guy’s chest and says, ‘Give me your wallet!’ He gives him the wallet, contains his social security card, some ID and about a $1,000 in cash,” said Ret. Det. Help ID suspects seen flashing sinister smiles seconds after stealing store worker’s wallet

WANTED IN THURSTON COUNTY —
Check out the sinister smiles these two crooks are sharing just seconds after Thurston County deputies say they stole a worker’s wallet from an employee-only area at the WinCo Foods store in Lacey in late May.

The victim, Patrick Carnahan, doesn’t work there anymore. He just graduated from school and says like many students, he’s struggling to get by. He’s had to buy a new wallet and cell phone after the two crooks took advantage of his faith in his fellow-man. “When I was working there I felt pretty at-ease. I was thinking, ‘Well, ok. Nothing big, crazy going on here.’ And, now I just can`t be as trusting. I kept the things in my bag, because I was thinking, ‘Oh! It`s kind of uncomfortable in my pockets.’ I was working the carts at that time, so I was like, ‘Ugh, I don`t want to have stuff in my pockets. It`s uncomfortable. I could break it. I could sweat. It could mess it up,’” said Carnahan.

Surveillance video from a nearby Rite Aid drug store shows the suspect in the gray hoodie using Patrick's credit card to buy gift cards. “Just appears very calm and nonchalant. In one of the videos it appears he asks a clerk a question, possibly even, `Where are your gift cards located?` And, you see her kind of point over in an area of the store,” said Thurston County Sheriff’s Lt. Ray Brady. “We know in the initial theft there was also another male that was also involved in that and then in the video we were able to obtain from the Chevron gas station, we know there was a younger black male that was the driver of the vehicle and then also a younger black male that was the backseat passenger in the vehicle, so we know at least for a portion of this time of these crimes, there was at least three of them involved.”

Deputies say the car is red or maroon, possibly a Hyundai, or something similar and appears to be missing a hubcap on the front passenger-side wheel.

Deputies say in all, the suspects used Patrick's stolen credit card at several businesses to buy more than $1,000 in gift cards.

If you recognize the suspects or their vehicle, use the P3 Tips App on your phone to tell Crime Stoppers, or call the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).

Edmonds police say suspects in wallet theft surrendered after seeing themselves on Washington’s Most Wanted

EDMONDS –– Edmonds Police say the suspects accused of taking a woman’s wallet and money after she dropped it at the grocery store contacted them after they saw themselves on Washington’s Most Wanted. They returned the wallet.

Detectives will be forwarding misdemeanor charges to Edmonds municipal court. Per our policy, we are not naming them unless they are formally charged with a crime.

WANTED IN EDMONDS —
My momma used to say, ‘Son, you weren’t raised by wolves,’ which means show some manners and this couple needs a hard taught lesson in doing the right thing after a woman in front of them in a grocery store checkout line dropped her wallet.

“What you can see on the video in this case is that our suspects, they don’t waste anytime and quickly bends down and grabs the wallet, but not to give it back to her, like you and I would probably do, they react really quickly in an attempt so they could steal it, so this is one of those times where the saying, ‘finders keepers (losers weepers),’ does not apply. If somebody drops something in front of you, you need to give it back to them and if you don’t, well, we consider that theft and our victim in his case had a few hundred dollars in cash in there,” said Edmonds Police Sgt. Shane Hawley. “Thankfully, there’s no identity theft, or fraud that’s come from her credit card, so most likely they’ve just taken the cash and probably dumped the purse, so they’re not caught with it, so we’ve got pretty good video of both of them in the store and also outside in a very particular vehicle.”

This happened at Winco Foods on Highway 99 in Edmonds on May 28th.

Detectives think both suspects are Hispanic.

If you recognize them or their red pickup truck, use the P3 Tips App on your smart phone to submit the information to Crime Stoppers, or call the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).

‘Uh oh! Let’s go:’ Listen to auto shop burglars who bolt after cell phone alarm goes off, need to be ID’d

WANTED IN SEATTLE –
Listen to the surveillance video below and you’ll hear a cell phone alarm freak-out a pair of burglars inside a Seattle auto shop. It seems the burglar wearing gloves and a hoodie triggered the phone himself. You see him touching it and checking it out just seconds before it goes off.

This was just before 3am on June 28th at Express Tires and Auto Service on the corner of S. Hudson St. and Martin Luther King, Jr. Way S. in the Columbia City neighborhood.

That phone going off caused the crooks to take off — but not before they got their hands on two really expensive pieces of car mechanic equipment. “They actually got in through a broken window, around the side of the garage, they broke the window out, entered into the building. You’re going to get pretty good shots of them kind of shopping around and they have lights on them, so they’re kind of looking at things, you’ll see a light shining on the floor. They’re picking up things, looking to see what’s valuable. They took some pretty high-end diagnostic equipment, that maybe they’re mechanics, maybe they know how to get rid of them, I don’t know? But, they’re expensive. The victim in this case is pretty upset,” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

The two high-end MaxiSys Diagnostic Analysis Systems cost thousands of dollars and are used to read Check Engine Lights and other error messages that come up on a vehicle's computer system.

"Perhaps you're a shop owner and somebody walked in saying, 'Hey, my uncle died. He left me these things. Do you have any use for them?' Maybe that's happened? Maybe they offered to sell them to you for like $100? Well, that ought to set off a red flag, so something like that happened to you, or somebody tried to sell it, or you see it on the Internet, or OfferUp, or any of those kinds of things, that's the kind of information we need to know,” said Ret. Det. Carner.

If you recognize them, know anything that can help identify them, or spot those MaxiSys systems being sold online, use the P3 Tips App on our phone to get the information to Crime Stoppers and Seattle Police, or call the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477). It's anonymous and a cash reward is yours if your tip helps lead to any arrests in the case.

WANTED IN TOPPENISH —
Young, dangerous — and possibly deadly — is how to describe an 18-year-old who police say is deeply entrenched in gang warfare in Toppenish.

Raheema George is accused of taking aim at rival gang members in October that has him wanted for two counts of 1st Degree Assault and one count of illegally having a gun.

The foes George and another gang member shot at survived — but police believe George is a killer, saying he’s linked to two Toppenish murder cases. “Raheema George has been involved in gangs in the Toppenish area for some time and has been named as a suspect in a number of drive-by shootings and he is also a suspect in at least two homicides,” said Toppenish Police Capt. Dave Johnson. “He was always involved in fistfights and so forth at the Toppenish High School system, even back into his middle school. He was using his hands and feet back in high school days and then he’s graduated to use of firearms.”

He’s 5’8” and weighs 140 pounds.

He’s lived in Yakima County all his life, but could be deep in hiding on either side of the state now. “Raheema has a network of fellow gang members in the Toppenish, Yakima, Sunnyside area. He’s got family in the Sunnyside area and Toppenish and they all seem to want to protect him. They’ve gotten him out of the area. He’s been known to be over in Tacoma. He’s also known to be in the Goldendale area at times. We’ve just followed up all the leads, but we never can come up with him. He’s definitely a dangerous individual and we want him bad. There’s a $200,000 arrest warrant out of Yakima County.”

If you spot him, or know where he’s submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers through the P3 Tips App on your smart phone that you can download for free, or by calling the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477). You’ll get a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip to Crime Stoppers helps lead to his arrest.

‘She’s the most important thing in my life:’ Help ID violent robbers seen attacking man, stealing his beloved dog

$

WANTED IN SEATTLE —
The search is on for a stolen dog and the two suspects who stole her.

She’s a brown and white Boxer named Layla.

Surveillance video from the Hilltop Market on Capitol Hill shows one suspect unhooking her leash as the other guy punches the victim in the chest, knocking him down. The suspect then leads Layla out by her collar.

Now, Seattle Police are asking for your help to identify the two men.

The victim, Jeffrey Almes has spent the last three weeks searching for his beloved dog. The two have been together for nearly a decade. ‘She`s the most important thing in my life,’ said Almes.

Seattle Police say around midnight on the Fourth of July, the two suspects stole Layla from the store. Jeffrey had brought her there, so he could look for his cell phone that he'd lost earlier. The two men approached him and accused of him of mistreating his dog. The video shows Jeffrey trying to move away from them, taking Layla further into the store and you can see the clerk and other customers taking notice of the commotion as the second suspect positions himself. "He's blocking the victim while the taller of the two unleashes the actual leash from the dog, then you will see the taller of the suspects actually lead him out of the store, while the other one assaults the victim while he knocks him down," describes Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

When they realized they were followed, the suspects brought the dog back but then stole her again. "Then, another assault takes place where the victim is trying to protect the dog, but the taller of the suspects is still trying to take the dog. In fact, he gets him outside and he actually picks him up. It's then when the second assault takes place by the suspect in the red shirt. He actually strikes the victim, knocking him to the cement,” Ret. Det. Carner explains.

When officers arrived, Jeffrey was crying and gasping for air -- his heart broken. “There was something different with her. I know people say that, but we had a kinship,” said Almes. He says he and Layla did everything together. Jeffrey says he always had Layla with him. 'I just think about it, ‘Why didn`t I just leave her at home?’ It`s because I feel safe with her,” said Almes.

Seattle robbery detectives are hoping somebody can identify the suspects, or help locate Layla. “Somebody watching the video knows who these people are. They probably frequent that store on a regular basis. So far, we haven't been able to identify either one of them. There's a good chance they have taken the dog and given her to somebody else to hold for them. Maybe somebody else is walking this dog, so somebody knows where the dog is, somebody knows the suspects. That's the information we need,” said Ret. Det. Carner.

Layla is more than a pet for Jeffrey -- she`s his support dog. He was injured recently in a car accident and still recovering when he was attacked. Now, he's also dealing with the emotional pain of losing his best friend, “She had such a happy home.”

The first suspect who took Layla is white, 6 feet tall, 180 pounds with two ponytails. He was wearing a black T-shirt.

The second suspect who punched the dog's owner in the chest, knocking him down is black, about 5’3”, with a medium build and bald under that baseball cap.

If you recognize the suspects, or know where to find Layla, use the P3 Tips App on you smart phone that you can download for free to submit their names to Crime Stoppers and Seattle Police, or call the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477). It's anonymous -- you never have to give your name -- and you'll get a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip helps lead to any arrests in the case.

WANTED: Hobert Clark

EATONVILLE, Wash. — As family members work on funeral arrangements for 49-year-old Robert ‘Paul’ Warner, who was shot and killed Sunday in the Eatonville area, Pierce County Sheriff’s deputies are continuing to search for the man accused in his murder.

Detectives have identified the suspect as 25-year-old Hobert Clark and have developed probable cause to arrest him for Murder in the 1st degree.

Clark is 5’10”, 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

He has an extensive violent criminal history and should be considered ‘armed and dangerous.’

There is an active felony Department of Corrections warrant for his arrest for Escape from Community Custody.

Crime Stoppers of Tacoma-Pierce County is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for anonymous tips to locate Clark.

“I hope we can just find this guy, so we can lay my brother to rest knowing that his killer is behind bars,” said Schelly Selvar.

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to a shooting just after 5pm on Sunday in the 4600 block of 350th St. E. in the Eatonville area. Deputies were contacted by witnesses who directed them to the victim’s location near several trailers on the rural property, where they found Warner dead from a gunshot wound. Deputies say they learned the suspect shot Warner during an argument and then fled the property on a white sportbike-style motorcycle.

Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Department described the two men as acquaintances, which is confusing to Warner’s sister. ‘As far as I know, he has never met this man in his life,” said Selvar.

While Warner’s family waits for answers, they’re remembering a man who loved to fish and who raised his son alone from the time he was 8-years-old. “Today, there is a huge hole in many hearts that knew my little brother. He was a kind and giving person that loved his momma, his boy and was so proud to be a grandpa to his little Anna. He had a lot of sadness in his life, especially after he lost the love of his life, Nikki, at such a young age when their boy, Nathan, was only a boy. He was a widowed single father who struggled with so many of life’s challenges, but never gave up. He didn’t ever have a bad thing to do or say about anyone. He was always so good to anyone he met and hated when people judged each other. My family is together helping each other through our loss, but Paul didn’t have a home when he left this world, so we are asking for help to give him an honorable burial for his forever home,” Selvar wrote in the Facebook fundraiser page she created to help with expenses:

Hobert Clark

WANTED IN PIERCE COUNTY —
Pierce County Prosecutors have charged 25-year-old Hobert Clark with two counts of Murder in the 2nd Degree, for allegedly killing Paul Warner at close range with a tactical pistol-grip shotgun. The second count of Murder in the 2nd Degree is because detectives say Clark killed Warner while committing an Assault with a firearm on the son of his girlfriend. Clark has also been charged with Assault in the 1st Degree and Assault in the 2nd Degree for pointing a shotgun at her son and another man and firing a shot close enough to one of them that the victim thought he was going to be killed. Additionally, Clark is charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the 1st Degree.

According to court documents, Clark was furious that Warner and his girlfriend and her son were staying on a property next door to a property his parent’s owned. They were originally staying on his parent’s property with permission from one of Clark’s friends who stayed there, as well, but when Clark found out, he ordered them to move, which they did, to an adjacent property not owned by his parents.

Deputies say before he went to prison, Clark had been in charge of collecting fees from people that were allowed to stay on the 2-acre parcel of property.

Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment

The first victim told deputies he saw Clark lift the seat of his motorcycle and remove the shotgun and say something to the effect of, “They need to be taught a lesson.” With no warning, deputies say Clark fired the shotgun close enough to the victim that he thought he had been shot. The victim says he froze and Clark continued on down the trail. Warner’s girlfriend’s son was sitting outside their trailer with his dog when deputies say Clark came running at him and said, “You think this is a game?” According to court documents, “The defendant began to close the distance to the victim by walking toward him, Paul Warner emerged at the door of the trailer and jumped at the defendant, causing both to fall to the ground. The defendant fired the shotgun directly into Warner’s chest. Despite the efforts of many at the scene, Warner died where he fell. After the defendant shot Warner, he immediately fled on the motorcycle. Law enforcement responded and recovered a total of three spent shotgun shells.”

Clark was released from prison on June 23, 2019.

He has convictions for:

  • Assault 3
  • Bail Jumping
  • Assault 2
  • Eluding Police
  • Possession of a Stolen Vehicle

SEATTLE -- Police are investigating an attack on a local bike shop owner during a robbery.

It happened Monday at Pedal Anywhere in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood.

Video of the attack shows the shop owner fighting back during the robbery, even grabbing a large wrench. She says the suspect had visited the store a little over a month ago to have a bike fixed. Employees realized it was stolen by checking the bike index, and gave him the option to take a donated bike.

Patricia Ramos says she never expected him to return, but says when he did he was mad. She says he refused to leave and then attacked her.

"So I looked back and there was this huge wrench in the back that just seemed like the first thing I could grab," Ramos said. "And since he had threatened me again, I just wanted to make sure he was out and never came back again. So I ran at him and then he hit me against the desk and I rolled over. I fell and then I chased him out, screaming as loud as I could to see if anyone would come and help."

She says not only did the man get away with a bike, but she suffered bruises on her jaw and legs and will need surgery on one of her fingers.  She says the bike shop is now looking into ways to make their business safer.

Bothell Police hope for new leads in murder of Henry Faison: ‘This case can be solved’

BOTHELL, Wash. -- The 911 calls on November 4, 2009 are chilling. Henry Faison’s live-in girlfriend screams for help after the 24-year-old was shot multiple times in the entryway to his Bothell townhome.

“There was a bang on the door and he came and opened the door and he shot him. All I heard was pow, pow. Oh my God!” she told the call taker as she yelled for an ambulance to hurry.

Some neighbors living near them in the condo complex on 11th Ct Southeast heard the gunfire. All could hear her terror.

“I heard some shooting or some kind of popping noise and now this lady is screaming for help,” said a neighbor.

Witnesses spotted three suspects fleeing in a 4-door green Ford Taurus.

"I'm here, momma's here"

Henry’s mom raced to the scene. She hardly recognized her son.

“I just started screaming to him. I'm here, momma's here, momma's here,” said Patricia.

Bothell Police believe the suspects intended to kill Henry, even firing into his face after he was on the ground. Detectives found six handgun shell casings.

He suffered life-threatening gunshot wounds to the mouth, neck, right arm and right thigh area. One of the gunshots hit Faison in the upper vertebra of his neck resulting in long-term organ damage and leaving him paralyzed from the neck down.

“He was on a machine. He couldn't breathe on his own. He was so hooked up with everything and I said, 'oh lord, what's gonna happen,'” said Patricia.

Henry spent two months in the hospital. He managed to recover enough from his injuries to talk to detectives but could not recall with certainty the details of the shooting.

"He became a quadriplegic.  He couldn't even give himself a glass of water if he wanted to. He couldn't even scratch his nose,” said Patricia.

While he started to recover physically, Henry struggled emotionally. The 6’04” former Meadowdale High School basketball star didn’t want his friends to know how badly he was hurt.

"He refused to get in that wheelchair. He was screaming. He was crying. ‘Mom, why? I never hurt anyone. Why did they do this to me?’” said Patricia.

What happened

Detectives spent the next 6 years trying to answer that question.

“That's why nobody understood it because Henry was well loved, well respected and I just don't understand. How did that happen?” wondered Patricia.

The initial investigation identified several persons of interest from California but in June 2015, it stalled due no further leads.

Henry’s body continued to deteriorate. No matter how many specialists tried to help, his bed sores worsened. He developed pneumonia several times Henry died on September 2, 2015 at Providence Hospital in Everett.

"I watched that beautiful young baby come in this world and I literally watched him leave this world. He's gone but then I said, 'he's not suffering anymore' but before he left me, he looked up in my face and said, 'You're so beautiful. You're so beautiful.’ He said, ‘Mom, don't ever let no one tell you weren't a good mom. You were the best mom ever,’” said Patricia.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office classified the manner of death a homicide as a result of the injuries from the 2009 shooting.

Detectives re-interviewed people close to Faison at the time of the shooting. They developed new leads from the interviews and identified four suspects who we are not naming because they have not been formally charged with a crime.

Authorities also determined a motive in the case. He was shot in retaliation for a fight he had with one of those suspects. They also followed up on information on the green Ford Taurus with the letters of the license plate and were able to connect people associated with the Taurus with Henry.

Detectives traveled to prisons and two different states tracking down those believed to have direct knowledge or who had witnessed the actual shooting.  But some individuals declined to cooperate.

Detectives also contacted and interviewed three of the four suspects but say they did not learn enough to arrest them. The fourth suspect has yet to be contacted.

This is not a cold case

“A case like this can be solved. No doubt about it. This is not a cold case. This is an active investigation,” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. They are offering a $1,000 reward for any information to help get justice for Henry.

“It’s a ten piece puzzle. We know 8 and a half of those pieces that are missing are critical to solving this case. If you know anything at all, now is the time to come forward. We just need a few little pieces of information so we can charge those individuals,” he said.

For example, the gun used to shoot Henry has never been found.  “Lord help us if they kill anybody else. Let’s get them off the streets so nobody else gets injured by the people responsible for killing this victim,” said Carner.

At a vigil in Bothell for Henry Jr.  held this weekend to mark 8 years since the shooting, Henry's dad was encouraged by the new attention paid to his son's case.  "Hopefully, we'll find out who did this in the next couple months or so but he can rest in peace once we can find out who did this to him because he didn't deserve it," said Henry Faison.

vigil for Henry is planned for Saturday at 6 pm his townhome near 2161 11th Court Southeast in Bothell to mark 8 years since he was shot. The vigil will be held off the property. The public is invited to attend.

“I promised him on his deathbed that I would get justice for him and I'm gonna get justice. I'm never gonna stop as long as I have breath in my body. I'm not gonna stop,” said his mom.
