SEATTLE -- Seattle Police detectives are asking for your help to identify a violent carjacking suspect.

Police say he hit a newspaper deliveryman over the head with a champagne bottle at approximately 5:25 a.m. on Saturday, June 29 at 42nd Avenue SW & SW Dakota Street in West Seattle.

"He just starts to cross the street to go deliver the newspapers and all of a sudden, wham, he's hit over the head with an object. He's knocked to the ground," said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound who is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for any tip that identifies the suspect.

The suspect then took the victim's keys and started to drive off northbound in the victim's vehicle. The driver's side window was down so the victim grabbed onto the door and the seatbelt strap as the suspect attempted to flee with the vehicle. He dragged the victim for a few hundred feet before hitting a traffic circle, throwing the victim to the ground. He suffered scrapes to his knees, hands and elbows.

The suspect took off eastbound in the vehicle on SW Andover Street from 42nd Avenue SW. Police later found the vehicle at the Taco Time at 35th Avenue SW & SW Avalon Street, but the victim's keys and cell phone were gone.

Detectives located surveillance video of the suspect in the 3700 block of California Avenue SW a half hour before the attack. He appears drunk and seems as though he was waiting on a Metro bus. The buses were not in service.

"If he's just hitting anybody on the street and hoping to score, what does that tell me? He's gonna probably look for somebody else and maybe use the same kind of M-O or another weapon. We hope this doesn't repeat," said Ret. Det. Carner.

The suspect is described as mid-twenties, 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with facial hair and wearing a black baseball cap and a black sweatsuit.

If you have any information that can help Seattle Police identify or locate the suspect, you will remain anonymous and receive a cash reward of up to $1,000. FUGITIVE UPDATE May 31, 2019 —
The U.S. Marshals led Western District of Washington Violent Offender Task Force says wanted sex offender and assault suspect, Albert Van Buren, could be driving a gray 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, like the one above, with a yellow-tipped bumper and Washington state license plates: BOY1984.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN TACOMA and KING COUNTY May 10, 2019 —
Tacoma Police and King County Sheriff’s deputies are asking for your help to find a Level III sex offender who was convicted of five counts of Child Rape in the 3rd Degree and one count of Rape 3rd Degree.

Albert Van Buren has a warrant for his arrest in King County for felony failure to register as a sex offender. He was convicted of raping three teenage girls in Bremerton when he was 21 years old and going by the names ‘Marcus’ and ‘Composia’.

He is required by law to tell law enforcement where he’s living.

Van Buren is also wanted in Pierce County for attempted bail jumping after he was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree and then cut a  deal to plead guilty to Criminal Mischief – Use of Force. When he didn’t show up to serve his time — a no-bail bench warrant was issued for his arrest. It all stemmed from an attack on his roommate in 2017. “He lived in a residence with a number of people and one day, he got into a disagreement with one of the other residents and he beat him, used brass knuckles and caused significant injuries to the man he beat up,” said Tacoma Police Ofc. Loretta Cool.

Van Buren is a documented gang member who also has convictions for two attempts to elude police, residential burglary, multiple thefts including car theft, numerous busts for possession of stolen property, failure to register as a sex offender and domestic violence.

“The greater concern is that people that he lives with don’t realize his history. We’re concerned that if he gets in another disagreement that he will hurt someone else again,” said Ofc. Cool.

Help Bellevue Police ID serial gas station burglary suspects linked to 8 destructive break-ins

CASE UPDATE June 7, 2019 —
Bellevue Police believe the tally of burglaries the same two suspects are behind is up to eight now.

Detectives are following up on multiple leads and working hard to bring an end to their streak.

The video below shows the latest break-in that happened at the Little Store on West Lake Sammamish Parkway in early June. The bold burglar used a window punch or tool to shatter the front door glass and it’s amazing he didn’t get seriously cut coming through like he did. Such damage already, then he fills up his left arm with items from behind the counter — where you can see he’s wearing a Nike hat under his hoodie — and uses his right arm to take the till and all the money in it.

“So, in the last four weeks we have now had eight commercial burglaries. What happens is, at least, two suspects uses some sort of object, whether it’s a crowbar, or a rock, a brick, something like that and they try to gain entry to these businesses. Most of the time, in at least five of them, they’ve been successful to smash open the doors. They go in very quickly. They grab some items off the shelves. They usually grab the cash register, or the till and they just haul off with it,” said Bellevue Public Information Officer Meeghan Black.

Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 per suspect if you can help Bellevue Police identify or locate them. You will remain anonymous. Call 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App on your cell phone. You can also go to http://www.P3Tips.com to submit the information.

FUGITIVES WANTED IN BELLEVUE May 24, 2019 --
Bellevue Police are asking for the public's help to identify two suspects who have targeted the same 76 gas station on Lakemont Blvd. SE three times in the past month by breaking out windows.

"Take a look at their stature, the way they move. Is there something familiar about that? Also, has anyone been talking about this, anyone bragging about grabbing some stuff and being successful and not getting caught, because most of the time criminals aren't that smart and they're going to talk, so we just know it's a matter of time, given the evidence that was left at the scene, the video surveillance and hopefully the help from your viewers, we'll be able to catch these guys," said Bellevue Public Information Officer Meeghan Black.

Both suspects are white, 20 to 30 years old and wore dark pants and white shoes. In the first break-in on April 28th, the suspect in a white hoodie with a bandana over his face threw a rock through the drive-thru coffee window. He was carrying a black, gray and yellow backpack and stole E-Cigs, Lottery tickets and rips the drawer out from the cash register. He handed it through the window to the second suspect who was wearing a black hoodie with the Adidas logo on it.

They returned on May 7th and cracked a window with a tool, but took off when the alarm blared. The third burglary was on May 10th, where they broke another window. The store has since installed a new, upgraded security and video system. "Right now, they have to replace three windows. They have to replace the stolen merchandise. They've had money taken from them and it is imperative to us that we get these guys behind bars so that this doesn't happen again," said Black.

Isaias Martinez: Wanted domestic violence suspect accused of stabbing, kicking, nearly killing woman

$

WANTED IN SEATTLE —
The hunt is on for a dangerous domestic violence suspect after police say he repeatedly stabbed a woman in the stomach with a 12-inch butcher knife.

Isaias Andresilo Martinez is on the run after Seattle Police say he attacked his girlfriend in a jealous rage in the garage of her apartment complex in north Seattle near Shoreline on June 14th.

The photos below show some of the injuries she suffered — including stitches all across her hand where she was cut trying to defend herself as he stabbed her 17 times. She had cuts all over her body, but the most damage was to her stomach, where you see that huge bandage covering the wound. She was literally holding in her intestines when officers arrived.

Detectives say the surveillance image below shows him smirking as he left the victim cut wide open, bleeding out and fighting to live. “He grabs her from the vehicle, pulls her out and begins to stab her repeatedly. He then drags her into an elevator that goes into the apartment complex and continues the assault in the elevator. He gets her out of that, drags her down the hallway, stabs her another few times. She almost loses consciousness, then the unthinkable. He turns around, comes back and he kicks her in the head about six times,” described Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “In my four-plus decades of doing police work, this is one of the top five that comes to mind that this is unbelievable. He truly meant to kill this lady.”

Police say Martinez then stole the victim’s Jetta, which has been found.

Amazingly, the victim survived and detectives say she was able to identify him as her attacker before she was rushed to the hospital.

Prosecutors have charged him with Assault in the 1st degree-Domestic Violence and issued a $750,000 warrant for his arrest.

This attack came 11 days after he was released from jail for violating a protection order that was issued when Seattle Police arrested him for property destruction. Court documents say he smashed the victim’s iPhone 8 when he saw a message from her friend wishing her a Happy New Year. That protection order was issued on January 5th,  the same day he posted this comment on social media: “You are the most beautiful woman my eyes have ever seen. No body compares to you. My angel my everything having you I don’t need none. I will do everything I can to make you happy. I will be the best man just for you.”

Isaias Martinez is 31 years old, 5’5” and between 120 and 140 pounds.

He is believed to be in the Seattle area or in cities north of Seattle where he has family.

If you can tell Seattle Police where to find him, Crime Stoppers will pay you a cash reward of up to $1,000. Call 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App on your cell phone. It is anonymous.

Doctors have told the victim she can’t go back to work for six months, but it could take longer for her to heal.
She’s too afraid right now to speak publicly about what happened, but she did give me permission to share her GoFundMe page. So, if you can help make things easier on her financially, please CLICK HERE to donate.

KING COUNTY — Javez Tubbs pleaded guilty to Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Violation of a Court Order on July 31, 2019.  In exchange, prosecutors dropped the charge of Drive-by Shooting.   Tubbs was ordered to serve 364 days in jail but the was given credit for time served.  He remains in jail on numerous other charges related to other crimes.

Raquesha Stark pleaded guilty to Assault in the 4th Degree.  She was sentenced to 364 days in jail and given credit for time served.

SEATTLEDecember 6, 2018

Javez Tubbs voluntarily appeared in King County Superior court today for his arraignment.  He is being held on $250,000 bail.  Raquesha Stark surrendered on November 6th for her arraignment.   She was booked into jail and is also being held on $250,000 bail.

WANTED IN SEATTLE —
The hunt is on for two ‘armed and dangerous’ fugitives: Javez Tubbs, or ‘Smooth’ as he’s known and Raquesha Stark, a.k.a. ‘Quay.’

Both have $250,000 warrants in Seattle for drive-by shooting after police say they tried to kill Tubbs’ ex-girlfriend’ in Rainier Beach.

Detectives say the victim got a call from Tubbs on October 23rd that he needed a ride. Tubbs wasn’t there, so she drove to a nearby corner store. Surveillance video shows her pulling out of a parking lot onto 51st Ave. There’s a silver Mercedes just off-camera that police say Stark was driving with Tubbs in the passenger seat. As the victim pulls forward, detectives say the suspects started shooting at her — one bullet hit her bumper. You can see her driving erratically before police say Stark and Tubbs crashed their Mercedes into the rear of the victim’s vehicle, causing her to collide with an SUV in front of her at S. Barton Pl. The victim got out and ran. Witnesses say they saw Stark approach the victim’s vehicle with a handgun before getting back into the car with Tubbs and taking off.

Police located 8 shell casings from two different caliber handguns. "You have to remember that these shots can go anywhere. We've had cases recently where people died as a result of sprayed bullets so yes, people are in danger here. It's 5:50 in the morning, people are going to work, people walking their dogs, a lot of things can happen here, so we're very fortunate we don't have a homicide involved in this case,” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

Seattle Police are still looking for the suspects' 1998 silver Mercedes 320, like the one shown below, with Washington state license plate AVE6651, that may have front end damage. Call 911 immediately if you see it.

Javez Tubbs is 26 years old, 5'7” and weighs 160 pounds. He's known to frequent Tukwila and Seattle’s Central District. He was still waiting to be sentenced after pleading guilty to attempting to elude, illegal drugs and a residential burglary in which the victim found her door broken and him running out of the house. Tubbs was identified by fingerprints on her jewelry box. He also has a conviction for robbery 1st degree.

Raquesha Stark has no criminal history. She's 24 years old, 5'6", 125 pounds and was last known to be living in Kent.

If you can tell Seattle Police where to find either of these ‘armed and dangerous’ suspects, Crime Stoppers will  pay you a cash reward of up to $1,000. It is anonymous -- you will never be asked to give your name. Submit the information by downloading the P3 Tips App to your phone for free, or call 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).

FUGITIVE UPDATE May 24, 2019 —

The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office says detectives have identified 17-year-old Chrissayn Jay Louis Borwieck as the primary suspect in the April 29th burglary of a gun store that resulted in the theft of 98 firearms and significant damage to the store.

He is considered “armed and dangerous.”

A $750,000 arrest warrant’s been issued for Borwieck on charges of Burglary 1st degree and numerous counts of theft of a firearm. Deputies say the warrant stems from his involvement in the forced entry to Boerner’s Firearms, located on State Highway 3 West in the Gorst area of South Kitsap.

Detectives say Borwieck is known to hangout in Tacoma, Pierce County and areas within south King County.

He’s 5’8” and weighs 140 lbs.

Detectives impounded the truck and say they’ve recovered additional evidence with a search warrant.

Detectives say they’ve recovered more than a dozen of the stolen firearms during this investigation.

“Finding and recovering these stolen guns remains our primary focus,” said Kitsap County Sheriff’s Lt. Jon VanGesen. “The safety of the public, our law enforcement colleagues, and the peaceful arrests of those involved are of paramount importance. We are very concerned that there are some 70 stolen firearms from this burglary that remain outstanding and are on the streets. These are guns which potentially may be used in other violent crimes,” added Lt. VanGesen.

The ATF and the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) continue to offer a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for the April 29 burglary. ATF is offering a reward of up to $5,000, matched by the NSSF for a possible total reward of up to $10,000.

---ORIGINAL CASE---
WANTED IN KITSAP COUNTY May 1, 2019 --

Kitsap County Sheriff’s detectives and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) are asking for your help to identify three suspects who broke into Boerner Firearms and stole almost 100 guns early Monday morning.

Investigators say the suspects tripped the alarm at 1:44 a.m. at the store located in the 4200 block of State Highway 3 West in the Gorst area of South Kitsap. Officers were on scene just minutes later, but the suspects were gone by the time they arrived.

“Along with my colleagues with the ATF, I am extremely concerned with the number of firearms taken during this burglary,” said Sheriff Gary Simpson. “It is obvious these criminal offenders have intentions to further their criminal activities. Any of these stolen guns may be used in a violent crime. We need to recover these weapons as quickly as possible. If you know something, say something.”

Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment

The ATF, the National Sports Shooting Foundation and Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound are offering a reward of up to $11,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the case.  "We can assume that these people are not going to be selling them legally so that's scary. They are out there uncontrolled and the people that have them are those that should not have them, said Sheriff Simpson.

Detectives do not know the gender, ages or race of the suspects yet.

Here is what they do know:

Suspect #1:

• Large build

• Wearing a sweatshirt with CDXX logo on the front with writing on the sleeves, gray-colored sweatpants and black gloves

Suspect #2:

• Wearing a sweatshirt with multi-colored “North Face” or “The North West” on the front, black pants with white draw-strings and white stripes down the sides and white and dark-colored Air Jordan Retro 12 leather sneakers

Suspect #3:

• Wearing a sweatshirt with a blue bandana over his face, light-colored gloves and mid-high, light-colored basketball shoes with white soles.

No photos were released but the vehicle used in the burglary appears to be a light-colored extended-cab pick-up truck, possibly a Chevrolet Silverado or similar size.

"The guns that are stolen often times from these businesses are diverted into the criminal element, and they are often used in other violent crimes.  That, therefore, affects the safe livelihood of our citizenship," said ATF Assistant Special Agent in Charge Jonathan Blais.

Another gun store in Sequim was burglarized on April 13. The ATF says about 30 guns were stolen from Fred's Guns during that robbery, but authorities have not determined if the two incidents are connected.

Anyone with information about the person or persons responsible and/or information leading to the recovery of the stolen firearms should contact ATF at 1-888-ATF-TIPS (888-283-8477), email ATFTips@atf.gov, or contact ATF through its website at http://www.atf.gov/contact/atftips. University Place Police say unidentified suspect used stolen credit cards in Tumwater

PIERCE COUNTY — University Place Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect caught on surveillance camera at a Safeway in Tumwater using a victim’s stolen credit cards. They were taken along with victim’s purse and Michael Kors wallet during a car prowl in the lower parking lot of Chamber’s Bay Golf Course at 11 am on July 18th. “I view him as very cowardly to smash a window and take a woman’s purse,” said Rebecca who asked us not to use her last name for her safety. It’s the first time she has ever been a victim of a crime. She is sharing her story so other women don’t have to endure the frustration she feels.

Rebecca says the suspect broke out a passenger side back window of her SUV while she was walking the trails with a girlfriend. Her purse was on the floor behind the seat. She thinks the crook saw the purse when she opened her door to put her jacket on the back seat. As soon as saw the shattered glass, she started cancelling her credit cars but the thief had already used them in Lakewood, Tumwater and Olympia.
The theft was a hard lesson learned. Rebecca has spent long, stressful hours replacing all of her ID’s, credit cards, checks and securing her credit plus replacing the window cost $500. It’s a hard lesson learned. “I will be wearing a fanny pack that will have only what I need and I will no longer carry a purse,” said Rebecca.

Rebecca is the latest victim in an ongoing battle against car prowlers. There are signs in the parking lot warning visitors to Chambers Bay to never leave valuables in their cars. “Especially somewhere where you are out for a walk and you’re leaving your purse and your wallet and your valuables behind, people are going to know that and they are going to bust into your car and see you walk away and get out of sight and it just takes them a few seconds to break a window, clean your car out and be on the move,” said Pierce County Sheriff’s Det. Ed Troyer.

Police have made multiple arrests for car prowling in University Place but it is an ongoing battle. “We want them to know that if they are going to go out and break into cars that we’re going to be looking for them,” said Det. Troyer.

Crime Stoppers of Tacoma-Pierce County is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who can identify or help police locate the suspect. If you know his name, what he drives, where to find him or have any photos of him, please submit an anonymous tip at http://www.P3Tips.com or use the P3 Tips App on your cell phone. You can also call 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

DES MOINES, WA –Armen Ovchiyan and Rachael Reyburn were arrested on June 28, 2019 and booked into the South Correctional Regional Entity Jail (SCORE) in Des Moines.

Ovchiyan is being held on a Department of Corrections hold as well as charges for Theft 3rd Degree and Vehicle Prowl 2nd Degree in Puyallup,  Theft 3rd Degree in Seattle and Organized Retail Theft in Snohomish County.

Reyburn is being held on a Department of Corrections hold as well Theft 3rd Degree in Seattle, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in SeaTac and Theft 3rd Degree in Tukwila.

WANTED IN EVERETT —
Everett Police say theft suspects, Armen Ovchiyan and Rachael Reyburn, preyed on a hard-working victim – stealing his landscapers trailer and $30,000 worth of equipment inside, putting his ability to support his family in jeopardy.

It’s just the latest theft case for these two convicted felons who are wanted across multiple counties.

Surveillance video below shows the eager expression on the face of Ovchiyan as he walks into a Smokey Point pawn shop in Snohomish County with stolen gardening tools. Everett police say he stole them during a vehicle prowl of a trailer at Dagmar’s Landing. “He sells them for money at the pawn store and then leaves the facility,” said Everett Police Det. Danny Rabelos.

Detectives say Ovchiyan and his girlfriend, Rachael Reyburn, then took  the money to a dealership where she was able to rent a gray 2007 Chevy Suburban with a temporary license plate in the window that reads A2236592. Police say they used that SUV to then go back and steal the landscapers trailer. "It occurred during the daytime. The victim was actually out at the location at Dagmar's. He was actually in the office when the theft occurred and he came back and discovered the trailer missing at that point, so a lot of courage just to do that with a lot of people out walking around,” said Det. Rabelos.

Detectives recovered the stolen trailer from Ovchiyan’s parents’ home in Lynnwood. "It did not have the big equipment we are missing, so we are still missing a riding John Deer lawnmower, a commercial-grade one and there is a second commercial-grade mower that is still outstanding, so if anybody has seen him and purchased those items from him, we'd like to hear from them too, because they are also a victim and we'd like to get our victim's stolen property back to him since he wasn't insured,” said Det. Rabelos.

Both suspects have Department of Corrections warrants for their arrest. Ovchiyan is also wanted for failure to appear in King County on a theft charge. Rachel has warrants for a drug charge in SeaTac and theft in Tukwila.

Both Ovchiyan and Reyburn were convicted of organized retail theft in Lewis County last year, after they were caught stealing from the Coach, Nike, Polo, Eddie Bauer and Wilson Leather stores at the Centralia Factory Outlets mall.

The Department of Corrections issued warrants for their arrest after they failed to check in with their supervising officers.

Reyburn is 31 years old, 5’4” and weighs 120 pounds. She also has a tattoo that you can see on the back of her neck.

UPDATE — August 8, 2019

Mountlake Terrace Police recovered the stolen ‘Leon Hendrix’ signed guitar and some of Daniel McMillin’s musical gear that was taken by two women who broke into his unit at Public Storage on June 7th.

Daniel McMillin thanks Det. Pat Hatchel and Commander Pat Lowe with Mountlake Terrace Police for recovering his stolen ‘Leon Hendrix’ guitar.

Det. Pat Hatchel and Commander Pat Lowe returned the guitar to McMillin Wednesday morning. “I can’t explain the feeling it gives me to get this piece of property back and I want to thank Washington’s Most Wanted, Crime Stoppers, Mountlake Terrace Police, our men and women in blue, the detectives that worked diligently to get this stuff back. They are our finest and this means the world to me,” said McMillin who plays drums in the band, New Venture.

Detectives say the suspect was identified by a Crime Stoppers tip from one of you. “I went to Washington’s Most Wanted and I’ve had good success there before identifying people and within about 3 or 4 days, I got some tips and followed up on those tips that led to one person and that person, when interviewed, admitted to doing the burglary and we were able to get some of the property back,” said Det. Hatchel.    WMW is not naming her per our policy until she is formally charged in court with a crime.  Det. Hatchel says she will be held legally accountable.

“Thank you to Washington’s Most Wanted for all the help that you guys do with working in partnership with us and all the other law enforcement agencies and for the hard work that Det. Hatchel put in on this case, to track these people down and to figure out where this property was. The partnership between Washington’s Most Wanted and the Mountlake Police Department has worked out really well and it got this guy’s property back and that’s pretty cool,” said Commander Pat Lowe.

WANTED IN MOUNTLAKE TERRACE —
A music lover is feeling the blues after two sticky-fingered thieves broke into his storage unit in Mountlake Terrace and stole his equipment.

Surveillance video from the Public Storage shows the two young women police are asking for your help to identify, after the one in the hat jumped the fence and opened the gate for her partner-in-crime in the ponytail.

Their victim is cataloging what they stole and warning others to make sure your storage facility is secure.

Music is Daniel McMillin’s livelihood. He’s the drummer in the band, New Venture. Their cover of the Beatles song, ‘Don’t Let Me Down,’ is appropriate for he how feels about finding his stolen musical gear after these two women broke into his storage locker. “It rips not only at your heart, because of somebody invading your privacy, but also not having the equipment that you`ve known and loved for years,” said McMillin.

The crooks got away with more than $4,000 worth of stolen items, including custom studio monitors, sentimental percussion instruments, amps and a guitar signed by Leon Hendrix. "It's hard to put a price on a guitar like that, but sentimental value of course."

Mountlake Terrace Police say the two suspects drove up to the public storage facility on June 7th in a white Ford Ranger. There's only one surveillance camera, but it shows them trying several security codes on the main gate which didn't work. “One of them went around to the back of the storage place, put a blanket over the fence and went over the barbed wire fence and then she came down and let her friend in,” said Mountlake Terrace Police Det. Pat Hatchel. Detectives say they cut the padlock on McMillan's unit and nonchalantly loaded up a handcart with the stolen loot and then rolled it out with a blanket covering it. “They seemed to have a very good routine and the way they did it makes me think that they came prepared to do this and I`m sure that they`ve probably done some before,” said Det. Hatchel.

McMillin is still able to perform, because his drums were stored elsewhere, but he hopes somebody spots the rest of his equipment for sale so he can get it back.

“Security here is not up to what it should be, seriously,” said McMillin. A weakness easily exploited by these two women that police really want to find. "The stuff that they took is irreplaceable for him, I mean it`s very important to him and I would really like to get his stuff back and catch them, so no one else has to go through this,” said Det. Hatchel.

If you know their names or where to find them, Crime Stoppers will pay you a cash reward of up to a $1,000. Call 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App on your phone.

"During the chase, Mr. Marks swerved onto my residential property and destroyed my mailbox, post and cement footings that held the mailbox," said Jayne Smithson who contacted Q13 News.

BALLARD -- Seattle Police Robbery detectives are asking for the public's help to find three suspects in a tire repair scam robbery who were driving a 4-door gold or champagne 2000 Honda Accord with a sunroof and WA license BCD3483 .

Suspects driving 4-door gold or champagne 2000 Honda Accord with a sunroof and WA license BCD3483

Police say they followed a woman's car into the parking lot of the Mud Bay store at 5314 15th Ave NW on February 20th when they noticed she was driving with a spare tire.

The victim told police that one suspect approached her and said his name was 'Barry Jenkin'.  He claimed that he was a contract employee for a nearby tire repair business and could fix her flat for $80.  Police say they have identified him as 40-year-old Archie Marks.  The victim agreed to the price and gave the first suspect $80 cash.

Police say robbery suspect Archie Marks told victim his name was 'Barry Jenkin'.

Surveillance video shows a second suspect get out of the car and remove the victim's flat tire from her trunk then roll it over to their vehicle.  The second suspect then rolled her tire back over by her car and returned to the Accord.  The first suspect walked back over to the Honda and climbed inside the front passenger seat.

Do not give them cash. Do not give them your business. Say 'No, I'd rather not.' Walk away while you can," said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner.

He is also facing charges in a second case of Identity Theft, Taking a Motor Vehicle Without Permission in the 1st Degree, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Theft in the Third Degree.  He is accused of stealing a victim's car while pretending to take it for a test drive.  Police arrested Marks and Miller a month later in a stolen vehicle.

Pamela Miller is 5'03",  145 lbs with black hair.  King County prosecutors have charged her with Identity Theft, Taking a Motor Vehicle Without Permission in the 1st Degree, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Theft in the Third Degree.   In addition to the car theft with Marks, she is accused of stealing a woman's purse while Marks distracted her about fixing a dent in her car.

WANTED IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY —
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office says this wanted felon, Raymond Ralph Krona III, could be hiding in the woods around the towns of Index and Gold Bar in the southeast side of the county.

Detectives say Krona’s a skilled survivalist who knows how to live in the wild.

He’s wanted in Snohomish County for assault, drugs and a domestic violence no contact order violation.

He also has a Department of Corrections warrant for breaking probation on a conviction for assault with a deadly weapon.

There’s also probable cause to arrest Krona for obstructing law enforcement after he managed to ditch deputies last month near Index. “They’ve been searching for him since the first week of July, when they spotted him driving in a vehicle with a female who he’s restrained from being around. They attempted to make a traffic stop on his vehicle. He jumped out of the vehicle, fled on foot. Multiple law enforcement agencies did respond, including several K9 teams. They set containment of the area and he was still able to escape. It’s very important that we get him off the streets. He continues to commit crimes and violate court orders. He runs from law enforcement every time we come in contact with him and we’re hoping that at this time the public can help us locate him,” said Courtney O’Keefe with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

He’s 38 years old, 6 feet tall and weighs 175 pounds.

SEATTLE -- Officials are looking for three people accused of stealing a beloved dog from a 68-year-old man in the Greenwood area.

Albert Boogaard said he was out for a walk with Quavo in the area of 90th Street and 6th Ave NW on Monday when the thieves came out of nowhere, attacked him, and took the dog.

"The guy got out of the car, came over, grabbed me in a bear hug from behind," he said. "I turned around and punched him a couple times right behind the ear.

Boxing is part of Albert's therapy to treat his Parkinson's Disease, but it wasn't enough.

"I'm not strong like I used to be, so they shoved me to the ground and grabbed my dog and took him," he said.

Quavo weighs more than 100 pounds, Albert says.

"He's like a big teddy bear. He looks really scary but he's the total opposite. I mean, he'll lick you to death maybe."

Boogaard's stepdaughter Andrea Naylor says the dog is not microchipped. Quavo is easily recognizable because of the bald spots on his back from allergies.

"He's your buddy, and he was my mom's therapy dog for the last three years," she said.

The two went everywhere together until last month.

"All of a sudden my mom passed away," Naylor said. "She had a heart attack and we just had her wake on Saturday."

They're strong, but losing Quavo is another painful blow to this already grieving family.

"Happening so soon after the memorial really is shocking," Boogaard said.

Detectives spent the afternoon canvassing the Greenwood neighborhood surveillance video to try to help identify the suspects.

Albert is frustrated that he couldn't do more to keep the dog from being stolen.

"I used to be a big, strong guy before I started losing my health," he said. "Now, I am an old man. I don't like it a bit."

Albert and Andrea are reaching out to the public for help, hoping somebody knows the trio responsible for the theft.

Suspects are described as a white man in his 20's with pale skin, average build around 5'08" tall, with medium length dark brown hair, no visible tattoos and two black women in their 20's. Albert says they looked like normal, average people.
