Casino-cheating crew: Expect to lose if these three wanted suspects are at your Craps table

WANTED BY WASHINGTON STATE GAMBLING COMMISSION —
If there is one thing I hate more than thieves — it’s a cheater — especially when it comes to gambling. I don’t play very often, because I usually don’t win, but neither will you if you’re at a Craps table with these three suspects.

Agents with the Washington State Gambling Commission are asking for your help to find Guramarpreet Kang, Mark Haddad and to identify a third suspect.

Kang is the one in the ‘Young Guns’ shirt. The unidentified suspect is wearing the hat.

They’re accused of stealing at least $25,000 from casinos in our state using a dice-sliding technique at the Craps table. That means if you’re not betting with the suspects – you’re probably losing money.

Agents say they’ve pulled off the scheme at two casinos in our state, so far, along the I-5 corridor.

Take a look at the video below of one of the thefts, as I walk through how it works: Agents say Kang is in the white hat at the bottom of the screen. You’ll watch him toss a small denomination chip to the dealer to distract them and then rolls a hard 10. You see him celebrate, because it pays 7 to 1 odds — but here’s the thing – watch again as he spins one of the dice across the table with the number he wanted, in this case a five, while tossing the other one, which increases his chances. That’s cheating and 1st Degree Theft.

“When you`re playing Craps, the outcome is supposed to be random,” said Heather Songer with the Washington State Gambling Commission. “Our suspects are using a technique that allows them to achieve a predetermined outcome, so when it`s the shooters turn, he decides what he wants to come face-up on the dice. He takes one of the dice and puts that number face-up, let`s call it a 6, so when he goes to throw the dice he`s actually sliding them, one of them freely tumbles, like it`s supposed to, but the other one, the 6, just does a flat spin across the table, so when the dice come to a stop, he`s achieved a pre-determined outcome. He wins big and his partner wins big. Some people look at this and just see it as the casino`s problem, but in reality it affects all the players at the table.”

They believe the suspects are visiting other casinos in our state, so keep an eye out for these three guys,

Guramarpreet Kang is 5'11” and weighs 170 pounds.

Mark Haddad is 6 feet tall and weighs 215 pounds.

The third suspect has not been identified.

They were driving a white 2002 4-door Lexus Sedan with California license plate 8EPH422.

If you spot any of them at a casino, alert security right away and then call 911 immediately.

WANTED IN SEATTLE —
Seattle Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect who put black tape on his face and hat, before he threatened to shoot employees at a movie theater, during an armed robbery in the U-District.

Take a good look at his profile. It appears he may have some grey hair on his chin, or some discoloration on his left cheek.

Detectives say he got into the locked theater at 10:15 am on September 8th and pretended to be there working, before confronting a female manager with a handgun. He ordered her to lead him to the safe. “He threatens her. Says, ‘I don’t want anything said. I’ve got a gun. I will kill you,'” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. He also told her he would shoot the other employee there. The suspect got away with a large sum of stolen cash.

Before the victim arrived, he acted like he was supposed to be there and could be seen on video walking around with popcorn and then carrying cleaning supplies -- with the tape on his face the entire time. Police don't know how he entered the locked theater.

He is described as black, 30 to 40 years old, 5'5" to 5'7" and weighing around 200 pounds. He was wearing a dark hoodie, tan shorts, blue sneakers, a taped-up ball cap and black tape on his face.

Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 if you know his name or where officers can find him. Submit the information anonymously at www.P3Tips.com or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can also use the P3 Tips App on your cell phone.

WANTED IN YAKIMA COUNTY —

He’s accused of attacking a woman — grabbing her by the hair, hitting her head against the floor, then choking her out until she told deputies she got dizzy.

Yakima County Sheriff’s detectives say witnesses watched the attack happen at a home in the town of Buena on August 21st.

He’s 24 years old, 5’8” and weighs 170 pounds.

Detectives think he could be driving an older green-colored car.

If you know where he’s hiding, call the Crime Stoppers hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or submit the information through the P3 Tips App on your cell phone. It’s anonymous and you’ll get a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip helps lead to his arrest.

“The hits just kept coming and coming and coming:” Help ID assault suspect who used flowers to lure victim into vicious attack

$

WANTED IN SEATTLE —
Detectives need your help solving a vicious and terrifying attack on a woman who was lured to her door for a flower delivery.

Surveillance video shows the suspect police are trying to identify hitting the woman in the face, knocking her back into the lobby of her apartment building and onto the ground. He continues to beat her in the face as she is on the phone with her friend pleading for help. The abuse doesn’t stop there — he pulls out mace and starts spraying her face. When he turns back, that’s when we get the best look at him.

Seattle Police need to know his name. They think he’s 6’2” or 6’3″, in his late 20’s to early 30’s and has a beard connected to a goatee.

The woman he attacked remains terrified and is now in a safe location and preparing to have surgery to insert a titanium implant to replace her orbital socket to hold her eye in place — but that won’t fix the permanent damage to her iris, or repair the emotional trauma she feels.

The victim, who asked to remain anonymous for her safety, says she never saw the bizarre and violent attack dished-out by a bogus courier coming. “I don’t know who this person is, or where they came from. I opened my door for flowers and I ended up assaulted. How could I go and open a door for somebody who had such ill-intent for me?”

In a flash, she went from excited about getting flowers delivered to curled-up on her lobby floor trying to protect her face. "The hits just kept coming and coming and coming." Painful blows that left her seeing stars, but he wasn't done yet. "He pulls out some tear gas, sprays her numerous times,” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “He starts to leave and then he turns around and he reaches down, underneath her face and actually sprays all over her face." The victim says she had the spray, “In my throat. In my eyes. In my nose. All over my skin, so I was burning.” Detectives say after the attack, the suspect nonchalantly left the building.

The attack happened almost a month ago, causing permanent damage to the victim’s eye and a concussion. "I struggled to turn my television off one night, because I forgot where the power button was, a remote that I use every single day and I can't remember where the power button is."

Seattle Police say she was clearly targeted but the question is, why?  She thinks it's possible the attack is related to her work, but for her safety right now, detectives are not releasing that information and are focused on identifying the suspect in the video. “We don`t know the reason exactly, but this is a serious assault. She`s going to need probably some surgery and follow-up and we need to get this guy off the street,” said Ret. Det. Carner.

The physical injuries aside, the emotional damage she is suffering is just as bad. She has nightmares, can't sleep and is constantly on-edge and in-fear. "I smell Seattle and it brings the attack back. It is the biggest trigger that I have." She's since moved to a safe location and is undergoing surgery soon on her eye, but even when it heals, it won't fix that sick feeling she has inside right now knowing he is still on the loose. "I don't understand how a person could be so cruel?"

Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 if you know his name or where officers can find him. Submit the information anonymously at http://www.P3Tips.com or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can also use the P3 Tips App on your cell phone.

CAPTURED: Thurston and Lewis county fugitive Shawn Rietdorf in custody in Mason County

SHELTON, Wash -- Shawn Rietdorf is in custody in Mason County.

CHEHALIS, Wash. -- Shawn Cary Rietdorf has multiple warrants for his arrest in both Thurston and Lewis County.   He is charged in Thurston County with Residential Burglary, Theft in the 2nd Degree and Trafficking in Stolen Property in the First Degree.  The 50-year-old is wanted after he failed to show up for court.

The charges stem from a case in Tumwater where police say Rietdorf admitted to his role in the burglary of a widow's home.  He told detectives he had done remodeling work for the widow who is the mother of a friend and knew she had jewelry in the house.  According to court documents, Rietdorf admitted to driving the getaway vehicle, dropping off a prison buddy named 'Donny' at the home, waiting for him and then and picking him up after he stole the victim's wedding ring and the ring that belonged to her late husband.  Rietdorf told detectives they also stole necklaces, bracelets, earrings and a gun.  Rietdorf says they split the jewelry 50/50 and then he pawned it over two days to purchase heroin.  He said the 'Donny' kept the gun.

Rietdorf is also wanted in Lewis County for Theft in the 2nd Degree and two counts of Identity Theft in the 2nd Degree.  Centralia Police say he stole an I-Pad from a room at a motel where he'd worked as the maintenance man for only a few days. Deputies think he took the job just so he could get a key card to the rooms.

Lewis County Sheriff's detectives are also looking for Rietdorf after he is accused of using stolen credit card information to order food from burger and pizza places. "He would phone in and basically do carry-out orders. Originally, deputies were notified that the victim had some fraudulent charges to his credit card ---and then what became even more suspicious is in April of this year, there were additional transactions on the new card that was issued. So, the victims replaced their credit card, they had these new transactions and they start figuring out the suspect is believed to be the victim's sister's significant other and the original credit card was stolen and the second credit card, it looks like the information must have been copied off. He basically defrauds them once and then goes after them again, which ultimately led to his demise, as far as the criminal charges catching up with him," said Lewis County Special Services Chief Dusty Breen.

Rietdorf 6'0", 175 lbs and was last living in Napavine in Lewis County. However, he has been seen in Shelton in Mason County. That's where he told Tumwater police that he gets his drugs.

Call 911 if you spot him. If you can tell deputies where to find him, submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers of the South Sound at 1-800-222-TIPS or use the P3 Tips App that you can download to your cell phone for free.

CASE UPDATE September 24, 2019 —
Mountlake Terrace Police believe the vehicle that they’re still looking for is a 2010 to 2012 Jeep Liberty, not a Dodge Nitro, as originally thought.

FUGITIVES UPDATE August 23, 2019 —
Mountlake Terrace Police say they have identified two of the shooting suspects and need help finding one of them, Dominque Thomas.

Detectives say he’s the one seen hiding behind the Jeep in front, shooting at the rival suspects in the Jeep Liberty behind, that still needs to be found — and running up a street before both vehicles take off after the gun battle on July 26th.

Detectives say they have Probable Cause to arrest Thomas for Drive By Shooting and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm — and consider him ‘armed and dangerous’ since the gun detectives say he had has not been recovered.

He’s 24 years old and last known to be living in Federal Way.

If you know anything that can help find him or that black Jeep Liberty, or identify the shooting suspect who was driving it, use the P3 Tips App on your smart phone to submit the information to Crime Stoppers, or call the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).

FUGITIVES WANTED IN MOUNTLAKE TERRACE July 31, 2019 --
Mountlake Terrace Police are asking for your help to locate a black Jeep Liberty used in a shootout last Friday, July 26th at about 8:45 pm.

Mountlake Terrace patrol was dispatched to a 911 call concerning multiple subjects firing guns at each other in the 21900 block of 64th Ave. W. Officers located a black Jeep and have identified the three occupants inside, but they need your assistance to find the Jeep Liberty and in identifying the driver and a passenger.

"We have surveillance footage of the incident, which shows two subjects firing at a car, two cars then kind of get into a collision and both cars flee the area with one of the subjects fleeing on foot. It’s an area that’s heavily populated and it’s also a lot of foot traffic. It’s daylight hours. We have a festival going on where we have a parade, we have a carnival, there’s just a lot of people out moving around and this is a concern of ours, because obviously bullets were flying everywhere and we’re really afraid people could have been hit, innocent bystanders," said Det. Carl Cronk with the Mountlake Terrace Police Department.

If you know who was driving the Liberty, or was in the vehicle as a passenger, Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound will pay you a cash reward of up to $1,000. FIFE, Wash. -- Authorities are asking for the public's help to find the suspect accused of shooting and killing a Fife teenager in May.

Prosecutors have charged Shawn Thomas Cooke, 21, with murder in the death of Cameron Wilson.

On Tuesday, Wilson's family tells Q13 News that they want Cooke in custody.

"We had plans of [Wilson] going to college, plans of him going to prom. We had a lot of plans, never planned to see him in a casket," said Wilson's sister Tyeisha Taylor.

The 17-year-old was about to graduate from high school in Federal Way when he was killed.

"There's a gaping hole," Taylor said. "Nothing or no one could fill that hole. I will live with that feeling forever."

Q13 News learned through court records that investigators believe the teen was killed because of stolen marijuana. Cooke faces a first-degree murder charge in the case and a warrant is out for his arrest.

"He's a child killer, that person does not deserve to be protected by anyone in the streets," Taylor said.

Fife Police say the deadly shooting happened in the early morning hours of May 13. Wilson's body was found in the parking lot of a Domino's Pizza restaurant on Pacific Highway.

"They can't be cowardly and do something like that, you can't kill a kid on Mother's Day and not get held responsible," Taylor said.

Taylor is asking anyone with information on the case to come forward.

"Once justice is served I can really begin to celebrate his life, but right now it's extremely hard when I know the person who caused his horrible demise is walking free."

Cooke is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and 175 pounds with curly dark brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on the left side of his face.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 if you know where officers can find him. Submit the information anonymously at www.P3Tips.com or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can also use the P3 Tips App on your cell phone.

WANTED IN BELLEVUE —
Bellevue Police are hoping you can help round-up the third suspect wanted in a gym locker theft ring responsible for dozens of locker break-ins where they steal cash and credit cards.

Two other suspects have already been arrested and now police are trying to locate Sidney Williams, who detectives say is a huge Seahawks and Huskies fan. In fact, detectives say the video below shows Williams in a Seahawks shirt, using a stolen credit card at Best Buy.

The detective has done a massive amount of work to crack this theft ring and Bellevue Police just need to get this final capture to get justice for all of the victims. There have been more than 80 gym locker theft cases reported to Bellevue Police this year.

‘Answers for Angela:’ Help solve horrible, mysterious decade-old bike crash that left woman in coma for weeks

$

SEATTLE — Unfortunately, we see bicyclists being hit by cars all the time.

Just in the last week, a 72-year-old man died in Bellevue after his bike was hit, throwing him up onto the windshield of a vehicle. The 28-year-old driver stayed at the scene, but in many other cases the crash is investigated as a hit and run after the vehicle speeds off.

The bicyclists that do survive often face long and painful recoveries from their injuries.

Those that wear a helmet are more much likely to live. The National Safety Council says more than half the cyclists killed in 2016 nationwide were not wearing one – and just ask Angela Sweet — whose bike helmet saved her. It was crushed on the left side along with much of her body.

Now, 10 years later, she still doesn’t know exactly what happened that morning as she rode her bike to work through West Seattle and while she’d like to have the mystery solved, she also has a message to share with other riders.

By any measure, Angela is a miracle. “I was never supposed to walk, let alone drive, let alone work, let alone be here to be able to have a conversation with you.”

That’s because on August 18th, 2009, Angela was found unconscious by her bicycle on the side of the road on Delridge Way SW in West Seattle.

She was rushed into surgery for a burst spleen, had 22 broken bones including 3 ribs, her left hip,  left arm and 9 breaks in her face including both jaws, her nose and eye sockets. She also suffered a traumatic brain injury. “There are huge parts of my long-term memory that are just gone. I don`t remember my wedding. I don`t remember being a kid.”

And, she doesn't remember what happened the morning she was almost killed, but says she was always careful. "I would only ride if it was light and dry and I wore a bright yellow jersey and I actually wore a bright orange construction worker vest over my jersey. I had a bright blue bike. I had lights on the front and back and reflectors on my pedals, as well as a hot pink helmet."

So, was Angela the victim of a hit and run, or did she simply hit a pothole or rough patch of road? The Seattle Police Traffic Unit's investigation report said, “The asphalt was in poor repair with exposed concrete underneath the asphalt with up to five-inch wide east-west gaps.” But, at the low-speed she was riding, would that account for the injuries she suffered? I think that this would be one heck of a pothole,” said Sweet. “I think I got hit by a car and if I did, it was a hit and run, but I don`t think a pothole breaks 22 bones, gives you a severe head injury and puts you into a coma. I was in a coma for two weeks, so I don`t think that`s a pothole."

And then there's the pickup truck driver who was seen standing over her by the two motorists who called 911 for help. He left the scene before police arrived without giving his name. Detectives later tracked him down. He told them that he passed Angela, looked in his rearview mirror and she was wobbling, looked again and she was down, so he stopped. He said two other cars sped around him. He told police he left the scene, because he didn't have a cell phone to call for help. Detective say there was no damage to his truck.

"This is a busy street on Delridge Way SW. A lot of people going to work, a lot of people coming home. Somebody saw something,” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. Investigators still believe this was a hit and run, but they need new information to prove it. "You told somebody. Somebody knows something that they were told. They just don`t forget that, so it`s emblazed in somebody`s memory and that`s the information we need,” said Ret. Det. Carner. "It`s unsettling to not know. People ask, `What do you think happened?` And, I have hypothesis, `This could have happened?` `This could have happened?` I would love to know what actually happened,” added Angela.

She spent two weeks in a coma, so she didn't know it at the time, but her family was quickly at her side. Police were able to locate them, because she carried a 'Case of Emergency’ card, something she thinks every rider should have.

She works full-time now as a research scientist, saving lives impacted by cancer.

She had to learn to walk again and has limited mobility in her left arm.

While she's glad to see there are bike lanes now on Delridge Way SW, she promised her husband one life-threatening crash was enough. “I do feel lucky. I feel absolutely 100% blessed. Like, I call it my ‘dump truck of blessing and miracles,’ because the kind of injury and the severity I had, there was a 90% that I would remain in a persistent vegetative state, or die in my coma.”

WANTED IN EDMONDS —
I’ve seen way a bunch of bold thieves — but this guy takes the cake — or the camera in this case, as Edmonds Police need help identifying him after he stole a surveillance camera from right off their building.

The video shows the guy trying to creep by the camera, but then for some reason, he decides to steal the camera itself. “A public works employee, when they were back on that side of the building, noticed some wires hanging down, and come to find out someone in our parks department had found our camera across the street. They had no idea where it came from, so we ended up putting two and two together,” said Edmonds Police Sgt. Shane Hawley.

Detectives say the camera crook didn't disturb anything else and once they looked back at the tape, they got a clear glimpse of him. “He goes full Spiderman and he's able to get up, attack the camera, pull it down and obviously it ends up across the street. We would definitely like to chat with this guy and figure out why he decided to pull our camera off the wall,” said Sgt. Hawley.

Police tweeted out the screenshot below of the man's face saying, "let's talk."

Help ID suspect living lie to woman he’s accused of attacking, shocking man whose name he’s been using

WANTED IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY —
The hunt is on for a lover living a lie — accused in a terrifying attack — sowing chaos and fear.

Take a good look at the photos above of the suspect Snohomish County Sheriff’s detectives need your help to find. You may know him as ‘Craig Dubal.’ That’s who his girlfriend thought he was until he kicked-in her front door one night and she discovered the truth of his deceit, which came as a huge surprise to her and to the victim whose name he stole.

Craig Dubal lives in Vancouver and works in Portland, so he was shocked to learn that he was the victim of identity theft in Snohomish County. Detectives say the man wanted in a violent crime has been using his name. “On September 9th, our deputies responded to the victim`s residence. She was at her home, when her boyfriend known to her as `Craig Dubal` busted down her front door, entered her home and attacked her and a female friend,” said Courtney O’Keefe with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim had no idea the man she was dating was a fraud. "She even had a copy of his driver`s license and his Social Security Card. However, through the investigation detectives found out this was a stolen identity. I believe she truly thought she knew who she was in a relationship with. It was a super-sad situation,” said O’Keefe.

“I think that`s crappy,” said Dubal. “Especially when the gal thinks she`s got someone falling in love with her and then all of a sudden she`s like, `I`m not sure what`s going on.’”

Dubal says he believes his information was stolen in one of the large data breach cases. Before he could freeze his credit, the suspect had tried to open accounts in his name and he got a bill for a $3,000 charge on the Costco membership he shares with his parents. “That`s the part that was confusing to me, because I`m a member on their account, but I don`t have any ownership status, so somehow they used my information and got on. I thought that was kind of weird. I thought you had to hack the owner`s account, so that’s why I get a little confused and I`m feeling around in the dark and like, ‘How’d you do that?’”

When he first got the call from Snohomish County deputies about the domestic violence case, it was frankly kind of scary. "At first it`s like, ‘Oh my God, I hope I`m not in trouble for something I don`t know about,’” said Dubal.

Now, he just wants to make sure his name is cleared. “This is the real Craig Dubal speaking to you. If anyone poses that doesn`t look like this, that`s not Craig Dubal.”

And he hopes nobody else is duped, or hurt by the suspect who stole his identity. “I`d like to see justice done to these people who do this to people like myself and others.”

Snohomish county sheriff's detectives are hoping somebody knows this suspect's real name and where he lives. He's wanted for 1st Degree Burglary-domestic violence, Identify Theft, Malicious Mischief and Interfering with Reporting Domestic Violence.

Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for any information that leads to an arrest in the case. Call 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App on your phone to send the information anonymously.

SEATTLE – One of two men who robbed a Mountlake Terrace marijuana store at gunpoint was sentenced Friday in U.S. District Court to 11 and a half years in prison and five years of supervised release for three federal felonies.

23-year-old Eric Woodbery was convicted in June 2019 of robbery, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and aiding and abetting possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence and a drug trafficking crime.  At the sentencing hearing U.S. District Judge Richard A. Jones said, the robbery was a “very aggressive, very violent action on your part… (the victims) were terrified.”

According to records in the case and testimony at trial, Woodberry and co-defendant Bradford M. Johnson robbed Rainier Cannabis in Mountlake Terrace on November 21, 2017.   The men entered the store carrying a stolen short-barreled rifle and a handgun.  Both wore masks.  They forced the employees onto the floor, took their phones and then ordered two of the employees to fill large bags with marijuana products and cash.  When they saw police arriving at the front of the store, they ran out the back and attempted to hide from police in the nearby neighborhood.  With the assistance of a police tracking dog, officers located Woodberry hiding in a boat stored next to a house a few blocks from the store.  Johnson was located a short time later.

Court records detail two other robberies and a Seattle robbery/burglary linked in police reports and state charging documents to Woodberry.
Johnson is scheduled for sentencing on November 22, 2019.

The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) and the Mountlake Terrace Police Department, with assistance from the Lynnwood Police Department, Edmonds Police Department, Everett Police Department, King County Sheriff’s Office, and Washington State Patrol.

CAPTURE UPDATE November 24, 2017 —
Eric Woodberry, a second suspect who was wanted for a home invasion in Seattle in March — was arrested early Wednesday morning for an armed pot shop robbery in Mountlake Terrace.

Mountlake Terrace Police say Woodberry and another suspect hit Rainier Cannabis late Tuesday night — one armed with an AR-15 rifle, the other with a handgun. They ran out the back when officers arrived. A K9 track found one of the suspects hiding inside a nearby boat and the other suspect was located near a house on 64th Ave. W.

Woodberry was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for Robbery 1 and on his $400,000 warrant for the home invasion in March.

Another suspect in the home invasion, Zachary Kingsbury, surrendered just days after the case was featured on Washington’s Most Wanted in early March.

A third suspect, Treveyon Curtis, had already been caught when the case aired.

FUGITIVES WANTED IN SEATTLE March 10, 2017 --
Seattle Police need your help to catch two suspects accused in a frightening home invasion robbery.

Take a good look above at 19-year-old Zachary Kingsbury and 20-year-old Eric Woodberry.

Both men are from Lynnwood.

Seattle Police say the two of them were with a third suspect, Treveyon Curtis, who has already been caught and is being held on $400,000 bail.

Now, police need your help to find the other two suspects who were caught on surveillance video.

It was just before 3am on Saturday, February 25th when detectives say Kingsbury walked into a dark room  that Curtis was already searching. This break-in happened at a home on 13th Ave. S. in Seattle. You can see both of them are armed with a Glock semi-automatic pistol with an extended magazine. At one point Curtis turns his phone light on and that's when the camera switches to a color shot. He asks Kingsbury to hold it while he searches around. You can clearly see Kingsbury there in the red panda sweatshirt. Finally, Curtis realizes there is a camera and grabs it. Police say Woodberry was also seen on camera right as he looks in the door to the room and you can tell he is armed as well.

"The sad part about this whole situation is we have a female victim in the residence when this is taking place and she has her 4 year old son with her and she was confronted during this home invasion,” says Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “Fortunately, she did not get hurt. Two out of three of these suspects are on the street and they are armed and they definitely are dangerous.”

Seattle Police say they stole a PlayStation 4, various games, a jewelry box and the victim's cell phone -- all told, it was worth about $1,500.

I should note that I reached out to Kingsbury on Facebook, it wasn't that hard to find him, just take a look at the photo above he's wearing the same red panda sweatshirt and flipping off the camera. He told me he planned to surrender. That was on Tuesday. He is still wanted.

One of Woodberry's relatives messaged and said they want him to know they love him and hope he does the right thing and turns himself in.

I'm not going to hold my breath though, so if you can tell detectives where to find Kingsbury and Woodberry, use the P3 Tips App on your phone or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.

There is a cash reward of up to $1,000 each, for information that leads to their arrest.

WANTED IN SEATTLE –
A crew of accused street crooks Seattle Police say robbed a man at gunpoint on the street need to be identified.

Detectives say they ganged-up on the victim just before 9pm on September 16th on Rainier Ave. South, near the Wells Fargo bank that’s just south of Franklin High School.

Two surveillance cameras from nearby businesses captured video of the suspects.

Detectives say the three young men and two young women came up to the victim. The guy with the gun – he’s the one in the purple hoodie — had it tucked in his waistband. He lifted his shirt to show it and said, “I need all of your stuff. I’m not playing with you.” They stole the victim’s gold iPhone XR with a light blue case, iPhone charger, Apple EarPods and its case, keys and cash – and the guy with the gun took almost everything out of the victim’s wallet, before handing it back to him. Detectives say the two women even asked him for the victim’s password to unlock the phone and he made the right decision and gave it to them.

Detectives say the crooks kept walking down Rainier Ave. S.

The victim went to a restaurant to call 911. He tried tracking his iPhone, but it had already been powered-off.

Detectives say both of the women are in their early teens or early 20's. One of them is heavy-set with her hair in braids. The other woman had her hair in a bun that's partially blonde.

If you can identify any of these robbery suspects, Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound will pay you a cash reward of up to $1,000 and you will remain anonymous. SEATTLE — King County Prosecutors have charged Simeneh ‘Joe’ Feleke with Murder in the 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the second degree.   He is being held on $2,000,000 bail.

Feleke is accused of shooting 32-year-old Mussa Waqo in the head in a 7-11 parking lot in the Bitter Lake neighborhood at North 125th Street and Greenwood Avenue North on May 5th.   Waqo later died from his injury on May 16th.   Court documents do not detail a motive for the shooting other than to say that the two had been arguing on the phone.

Feleke is scheduled to be formally arraigned on the charges on October 10, 2019.

FUGITIVE CAPTURED September 12, 2019 —
Department of Corrections Northwest Community Response Unit officers and Seattle Police arrested convicted felon, Simeneh Feleke, on Tuesday night at a motel in north Seattle, thanks to an anonymous Washington’s Most Wanted viewer tip to Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

He is WMW Capture #1118.

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SEATTLE May 24, 2019 —
The Department of Corrections and Seattle Police say convicted felon, Simeneh Feleke, is “armed and dangerous” and has a nationwide felony warrant for his arrest.

Officers think he’s in the north Seattle area.

He’s wanted by the DOC for breaking probation on a drug conviction, but it’s his history with weapons and trying to avoid arrest that has officers on high alert. “He’s already been charged and convicted of possession of a firearm. He’s been convicted of eluding, in other words, running from the cops, so this guy’s not just going to be taken in by anybody, he’s probably going to come hard,” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “He’s been convicted of drugs, so when you add that combination up, plus we feel he’s armed again, this guy’s really dangerous, that’s why we have a 50 state no-bail warrant on this guy. We really need to get him.”

He’s 29 years old, 5’8”, weighs 165 pounds and is known to use the fake names ‘Joe’ and ‘Ali Mohamed,’ or go by his middle name ‘Hawaz.’

If you know where he’s hiding — call 911 — then contact Crime Stoppers to get the cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip helps lead to his arrest. Use the P3 Tips App on your smart phone that you can download for free to submit the information to Crime Stoppers, or call the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS. It’s anonymous, so you never need to give your name.
