CAPTURE UPDATE —
Gig Harbor Police say a Washington’s Most Wanted viewer tip helped them identify and arrest Matthew Ellingsworth, pictured above,  for stealing a pair of expensive Yeti coolers from Ace Hardware — and his admitted partner-in-crime, pictured below on the right.

“The anonymous tip we received was a viewer of Washington’s Most Wanted, so they called us, we were able to corroborate that information, go out and contact the suspect,” said Gig Harbor Police Chief Kelly Busey. “He fully admitted it and then gave us some information on his accomplice, his getaway driver. The good news there is when we contacted him he also knew that his picture had been on Washington’s Most Wanted. We did arrest him on some other charges, interviewed him about the cooler thefts, he admitted his full part and so we issued him a citation for assisting the theft.”

Chief Busey said the case is a perfect example of the entire community working together to help fight crime and solve the case. “We actually had two very alert citizens. We had one during the initial theft who recognized what was going on and followed them out to try and get a vehicle description. There was no license plates on that getaway vehicle, but they gave us a great description. Just prior to the theft a very alert citizen saw some people removing license plates on the suspect vehicle and thought it was peculiar enough that they shot some video and forwarded it to us, as well.”

Detectives say Ellingsworth has criminal history and admitted he’d been thieving to support a heroin addiction.

FUGITIVES WANTED IN GIG HARBOR November 10, 2017 —
Gig Harbor Police say an alert shopper may help solve a number of theft cases in Pierce and King County if you can identify either of the suspects.

On October 28th, officers got a call for a shoplift of a $330 Yeti cooler from Ace Hardware in Gig Harbor. A still photo of the theft suspect was obtained from the Ace video surveillance showing a man with a beard wearing a baseball cap. He appeared to be 25 to 30 years old.

“The unusual thing was that a witness saw him getting into a vehicle in the parking lot and noticed that there weren’t any license plates on the vehicle, so he gave us a description, but we weren’t able to get any information to track the vehicle,” said Gig Harbor Police Lt. Fred Douglas. “The next day, I was contacted by a citizen who sent me a short video clip and some still photos of something suspicious he had seen at a gas station and it turns out it’s about 10 minutes prior to the Ace Hardware theft. He saw these two guys taking off a license plate from a Scion hatchback vehicle in the parking lot and thought it seemed suspicious, so he shot a quick video and took some still photos and sent those to me. It turned out those were our suspects in the Ace Hardware theft, so we’re still trying to identify those two individuals, especially the gentleman that was in Ace Hardware that stole the cooler.”

The two men were scraping off the stickers on the car windows including a Seahawks sticker on the back.

The second suspect was wearing a knit beanie cap, red beard and had numerous tattoos on his hands and neck. He matched the description of the driver in the Ace Hardware theft.

Police believe the 4-door, maroon Scion hatchback wagon was stolen but they have not recovered it.

Officers later received information that the same suspects may work as part-time landscapers and may be associated with an older tan/brown Ford F150 with a blue tailgate.

If you can identify either of the suspects, call Crime Stoppers of Tacoma/Pierce County at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App to submit your information.

There is a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case and you will remain anonymous.

19-year-old charged in case where woman attacked after warning others of man fondling himself

SEATTLE — A 19-year-old man has been formally charged in the case of a 35-year-old Federal Way woman who was attacked by a man who she said had exposed himself to her and who she had warned others about. She suffered four broken bones in her face.

Polevia Valoaga, of Federal Way, was charged Tuesday with indecent liberties and ordered held in the King County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Dec. 4.

Police initially arrested Valoaga on suspicion of indecent liberties and first-degree assault, but King County prosecutors only charged him with indecent liberties.

On the night of Nov. 13, Federal Way police say, Valoaga drove up to Amanda Edwards in the parking lot of Safeway at SW 336th and 21 Avenue SW to ask for directions. When she approached his vehicle, Edwards said, Valoaga was masturbating and grinning widely at her. Edwards yelled at him to leave.

Police say the suspect drove slowly toward a Rite Aid, where another woman and a 9-year-girl were coming out of the store and approaching him. Edwards yelled at the woman not to speak to Valoaga and then tried to take a photo of his license plate with her cell phone but was unable to.

Edwards told police that Valoaga paced her in his car as she walked home but then drove off. She was fearful and looked for him but thought he had left. Then, in the middle of 342nd street, police say, Valoaga came up to Edwards, put his left arm around her chest and pinned her to him before jamming his right hand down into her pants between her legs and sexually assaulting her.

"He was extremely aggressive and when he came up and he said ‘I got you’ and when he started laughing--it was one of the most evil laughs I’ve heard," Edwards told Q13 News in an interview. "I mean to me he had a rapist mentality."

She was able to see his face.

"The next thing I know I was waking up on the ground," said Edwards, who told the police she wasn't sure how she ended up on the ground.

"I didn’t realize I had been hit multiple times in my face," she told Q13 News.

She suffered four fractures to her face that will require a metal plate and reconstructive surgery.

Please donate here to help her with her surgery costs if you can. https://www.gofundme.com/single-mother-savagely-beaten

After we aired her interview last Thursday night, Federal Way police received multiple Q13 News viewer tips, including one with a partial license plate. Detectives tracked that plate to a home on 20th Avenue SW where they arrested Valoaga. Detectives say Edwards positively identified him. Valoaga's criminal history shows 8 arrests with several pending court cases and two convictions for misdemeanor assault.

Young vandals target SeaTac home; victim calls on boys to turn themselves in

SEATAC, Wash. —  It’s the worst feeling when you know your home has been targeted.

“Why the heck would somebody do this?” Steven Beck asked.

It was strange because trespassers took nothing from his house — they just trashed it.

“There was nothing but oil everywhere; there was stuff thrown and discarded everywhere,” Beck said.

Vandals got inside a storage room on the side of Beck's SeaTac home and poured motor oil all over the concrete floors.

Then he sees a kayak and a bunch of his paddles floating on Angle Lake -- not where he left them. The vandals also went after his boat.

“The boat looked like somebody just tore through it,” Beck said.

They messed with the seats on his boat and then took a fire extinguisher to the water.

“They sprayed it everywhere, they sprayed it in the lake so there was a big stream across the whole lake,” Beck said.

After calling 911, Beck went right to his next-door neighbor Oren Hadaller for answers.

That's because Hadaller’s entire home is equipped with surveillance cameras, and what they discovered surprised them.

“I was disappointed they were so young," Beck said of the suspects.

Four boys, and one of them looked young enough to be in middle school.

Before they took off, one of the kids fished around in the mailbox. You can’t tell if he took anything.

“We have the cameras going 24-7,” Hadaller said.

Hadaller says the boys were the only ones captured on camera Saturday afternoon during the time his neighbor left to run errands.

“I think it really aids police departments and neighbors,” Hadaller said.

“It's neighbors helping neighbors -- that's what we need to get back to,” Beck said.

Neither man recognized the vandals.

Their purpose is not to get these kids jail time.

“I wont press charges if they come forward; they are still going to do some type of community service,” Beck said.

They just want the boys to make better choices.

“If they don’t learn the lessons when they are young, what's going to happen when they get older?" Beck asked.

If you know anything about the crime, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS. Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest.

Tacoma Police seek tips to solve 15 year old double murder on Thanksgiving

KILLER WANTED IN TACOMA —
A disturbing double murder 15 years ago — is still unsolved.

A teen girl and five year old boy — gunned down on Thanksgiving night.

Tacoma police have never stopped working the case and hope someone will finally come forward to help crack the case.

On Thanksgiving in 2002, a house on S. 75th St. in Tacoma was filled with family and friends. “There were probably ten to 12 people in the actual room and then additional people upstairs, probably 20 to 25 people in the house,” said Tacoma Police Det. Brian Vold. “Best we can tell is he went right up into this close area, this window and fired right into the window and through the wall and they were seated just below the window.”

Detectives say after dinner, several of them gathered in the basement to watch TV and just after 10pm — someone took aim. “A subject approached this window, the curtains were closed. The suspect proceeded to fire multiple shots through the window, into the wall, striking four people inside,” said Det. Vold.

Two people were injured.

Two people were killed: 19 year old Kimberly Riley and five year old Jeremy Britt-Bayinthavong. “The female who’s deceased, her brother was friends of the family and he invited her down for Thanksgiving gathering and the five year old who died, this was his grandfather’s house at the time of the incident.”

After the shots were fired, one neighbor saw a man running away from the house. “Witnesses saw a lone subject with dark hair and a puffy jacket run away from the window and run around to the corner of the house southbound on ‘l’ street,” said Det. Vold.

Another witness saw a suspicious truck racing down the street that detectives believe the gunman got into — all of it made harder to see by thick fog that rolled in that night.

Detectives say the truck was described as a brown to dark-colored ‘70s to late ‘80s Ford pickup truck with a white canopy and ‘FORD’ in white letters across the tailgate.

“What’s most troubling about this is they didn’t care who they shot as long as they sent the message,” said Det. Vold. “The person that may have been the ultimate goal was in the house, but that isn’t the person they shot. They shot four innocent people who have no criminal background, no trouble in their life, they were just seated at the wrong place, at the wrong time.”

Detectives don’t know whether the truck was borrowed, or actually belonged to the suspect — but it’s unusual and they’re hoping someone recognizes it.

Tacoma Police also hope anyone whose known anything about the case for all these years — will finally break their silence. “We want people to know that we’re still working on this and if they have anything new, if they didn’t come forward 15 years ago out of fear, or because they didn’t think what they had was important, please call and talk to us,” said Ofc. Loretta Cool. “This is one we should never let go.”

Detectives know there are people who have the information they need to help solve this double murder. If it’s you — please, it’s time to come forward. It will be anonymous — you’ll never have to give your name. Use the P3 Tips App to submit your information to Crime Stoppers, or at www.tpcrimestoppers.com, or call the hotline at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).

You’ll get a $1,000 cash reward if your information leads to an arrest.

WANTED IN TACOMA —
A ‘mom and pop’ business needs your help stopping a crew of prolific crooks suspected of stealing from their clothing store — stuffing some of the items down their pants — and even swiping a bracelet that supports breast cancer.

The owner of Envy on N. 26th St. in Tacoma’s Proctor District thinks the same suspects have hit twice by using sneaky ‘distract and grab’ tactics. “While the cashier was being distracted the females were actually loading up bags with merchandise from the store,” said Tacoma Police Ofc. Loretta Cool. “When the cashier went to contact them, to see if they needed any help, provide customer service, the male actually stole items from the store. When the cashier came back to assist the male again and the two females proceeded to take more items. They all three left separately, but rapidly from the store with over $1,000 worth of merchandise in their possession.”

Detectives think they've hit other boutique-type stores in the area.

Envy’s owner, Shannon Thompson, says the thieves are a threat to her worker's sense of security -- and her business' bottom line. "It hurts very, very much and my employee was so distraught, because she just started here, she didn't know all the signs and she was afraid she would confront them and accuse them wrongfully.”

We get a really good look at the male suspect. Detectives think he's Asian/Pacific Islander, around 40 years old and wore a bright safety vest.

The dark haired woman is believed to be white, 20 to 25 years old, around 5’6” and 110 pounds, with a straight ponytail/mullet-type hairdo.

Detectives think the third suspect, the blonde woman wearing a sweatshirt with the word "supply" on it, is 20 to 25 years old, 5’7” and weighs around 135 pounds.

If you can tell Tacoma detectives their names, use the P3 Tips App to submit your information to Crime Stoppers, or call the hotline at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).

CAPTURE UPDATE November 24, 2017 —
Eric Woodberry, a second suspect who was wanted for a home invasion in Seattle in March — was arrested early Wednesday morning for an armed pot shop robbery in Mountlake Terrace.

Mountlake Terrace Police say Woodberry and another suspect hit Rainier Cannabis late Tuesday night — one armed with an AR-15 rifle, the other with a handgun. They ran out the back when officers arrived. A K9 track found one of the suspects hiding inside a nearby boat and the other suspect was located near a house on 64th Ave. W.

Woodberry was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for Robbery 1 and on his $400,000 warrant for the home invasion in March.

Another suspect in the home invasion, Zachary Kingsbury, surrendered just days after the case was featured on Washington’s Most Wanted in early March.

A third suspect, Treveyon Curtis, had already been caught when the case aired.

CAPTURE UPDATE March 14, 2017 —
Zachary Kingsbury made his first appearance in court on Tuesday, where a judge ordered him held on $250,000 bail

——————-

FUGITIVE CAPTURED March 13, 2017 —
Zachary Kingsbury did the right thing and surrendered to Snohomish County Sheriff’s deputies early this morning “after seeing enough of himself on television!”

He is being held in the King County jail without bail.

He is WMW Capture #865

Eric Woodberry is still on the run.

-------------------

FUGITIVES WANTED IN SEATTLE March 10, 2017 --
Seattle Police need your help to catch two suspects accused in a frightening home invasion robbery.

Take a good look above at 19-year-old Zachary Kingsbury and 20-year-old Eric Woodberry.

Both men are from Lynnwood.

Seattle Police say the two of them were with a third suspect, Treveyon Curtis, who has already been caught and is being held on $400,000 bail.

Now, police need your help to find the other two suspects who were caught on surveillance video.

It was just before 3am on Saturday, February 25th when detectives say Kingsbury walked into a dark room  that Curtis was already searching. This break-in happened at a home on 13th Ave. S. in Seattle. You can see both of them are armed with a Glock semi-automatic pistol with an extended magazine. At one point Curtis turns his phone light on and that's when the camera switches to a color shot. He asks Kingsbury to hold it while he searches around. You can clearly see Kingsbury there in the red panda sweatshirt. Finally, Curtis realizes there is a camera and grabs it. Police say Woodberry was also seen on camera right as he looks in the door to the room and you can tell he is armed as well.

"The sad part about this whole situation is we have a female victim in the residence when this is taking place and she has her 4 year old son with her and she was confronted during this home invasion,” says Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “Fortunately, she did not get hurt. Two out of three of these suspects are on the street and they are armed and they definitely are dangerous.”

Seattle Police say they stole a PlayStation 4, various games, a jewelry box and the victim's cell phone -- all told, it was worth about $1,500.

I should note that I reached out to Kingsbury on Facebook, it wasn't that hard to find him, just take a look at the photo above he's wearing the same red panda sweatshirt and flipping off the camera. He told me he planned to surrender. That was on Tuesday. He is still wanted.

One of Woodberry's relatives messaged and said they want him to know they love him and hope he does the right thing and turns himself in.

I'm not going to hold my breath though, so if you can tell detectives where to find Kingsbury and Woodberry, use the P3 Tips App on your phone or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.

There is a cash reward of up to $1,000 each, for information that leads to their arrest.

Both suspects wore latex gloves and did their best to cover their faces.

They robbed the store on S. Graham St. in south Seattle on Monday around 10:40am.

You actually see him take his hand, puts it on the back of the victim’s neck and what you don’t hear he’s telling them, “Put your hands behind your head and stay still.’ It’s obvious this guy is a take-control-type of individual,” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. “If you watch the video, they are in no rush. They take cash. They take some of the change, but mostly they are going after cell phones. CAPTURED: November 26, 2017

Joshua Blackwood was booked into the Kitsap County jail on Thursday at 7:56 p.m.  The 22-year-old was booked for attempting to elude police, DUI, possession of a stolen vehicle and driving on a suspended license. He is also being held without bail as a fugitive from justice in Oregon where he was wanted for an incident in August.

Oregon State Police say a Trooper approached a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse at the Baldock rest area just south of Wilsonville for investigation of alleged public indecency.  21-year-old Ashley Cochrane of Lake Stevens exited the vehicle. Blackwood moved to the vehicle’s driver seat. Troopers say Cochrane then reportedly jumped back in the car and the two suspects fled the scene.

Oregon State Police pursued, and were soon joined in the chase by the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) patrol deputies and deputies contracted to the Wilsonville Police Department.

At approximately 3:23 a.m., Blackwood crashed the vehicle near milepost 276 on Interstate 5 southbound. Blackwood then fled the vehicle on foot, heading westbound. She also bailed out of the vehicle and fled to the southwest.

At 3:51 a.m., police captured Cochrane and her case will be presented to a grand jury at a future date. However, police were unable to locate Blackwood. The Oregon State Police is seeking tips from the public.

The King County Sheriff’s Office says he has several misdemeanor warrants for Theft, DWLS and reckless driving.

Blackwood is a danger behind the wheel. Last year, he was wanted in Edmonds after an officer witnessed him driving recklessly.

http://q13fox.com/2016/07/22/joshua-blackwood-reckless-driver-with-warrants-wanted-in-edmonds/

“He cut someone off. Almost caused a collision. Went to stop him and he decided to take off. Wove in and out of traffic. Officer gave chase for a very short period of time, because of the way he was driving and putting other people in danger. He ended up crashing his car a short distance later. Officer came on scene, found the car crashed, he’s scrambling to get out of it and he takes off running,” said Edmonds PD Sgt. Shane Hawley.

He was caught by Seattle Police and charged with Theft 3, VUCSA  (Illegal Drugs) in Everett, Failure to Appear on several Driving While License Suspended cases in Lynnwood and Edmonds and a fugitive investigation in King County District Court.

FIRCREST, Wash. –Nov. 27, 2017

Fircrest Police say they received multiple Crime Stoppers of Tacoma-Pierce County tips from Washington’s Most Wanted viewers naming the two suspects accused in a strong arm robbery at the OMG Food Mart in the 4000 block of S. Orchard St. on Monday, October 30th.

Officers say the 16 year old suspect who assaulted the clerk and his 15 year old accomplice were both identified along with a third suspect who was in the suspect’s car. “We contacted the assault suspect’s parents who refused to turn him over to us. We went to his Gig Harbor residence and physically arrested him and booked him into Remann Hall on Robbery 2nd, Assault 4th and Theft 3rd,” said Chief John Cheesman.

The arrests are WMW Captures #935 and #936 thanks to tips from you. Their names will not be released unless they are charged as adults.

ORGINAL STORY:

Fircrest Police are trying to identify two suspects responsible for a strong-arm robbery that left a clerk with an injured hand.

The suspects entered the OMG Food Mart in the 4000 block of S. Orchard St. in Fircrest at 2:45 p.m. Monday, October 30th, walked around the business and talked to the clerk for several minutes before one of them in a charcoal gray Nike baseball cap asked for several packages of e-cigarette cartridges.

“He wants four of them so the clerk pulls out the cigarette cartridges and properly asks the guy for ID. The suspect tells his friend ‘Go and get my ID out of the car.’ The clerk’s still holding the cigarette cartridges so all of a sudden, the suspect lunges over the counter and grabs the clerk’s hand and a wrestling match ensues,” said Fircrest Police Chief John Cheesman.

They struggled for possession of the cartridges, knocking over a display case and injuring the clerk’s hand. The suspect was able to grab two of the cartridges and then ran out of the store.

Alex Elwardi opened OMG Food Mart 18 months ago.

“We are here to do business. We are here to help the community and we are part of the community and those kids, I would see them like my kids. We would like to try to teach them a lesson not to do something like this at a young age because sometimes things like this develop and become something more serious,” said Elwardi.

The suspects are described as white males in their teens, both 160 to 170 pounds, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8.

“We want to capture these guys before they terrorize someone else,” said Cheesman.

Crime Stoppers of Tacoma\Pierce County is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest and charges. This is one of the Pierce County cases being featured this weekend on Washington’s Most Wanted airing Saturday at 10 p.m. on JOEtv and at midnight on Q13 FOX.

‘Armed and dangerous’ man wanted after he allegedly shot his child’s mother in Kent bar

Joseph Anthony Lasseson

KENT, Wash. — Kent police are looking for a man who fled a bar in Kent after shooting a woman he was in a relationship with.

Joseph Anthony Lasseson, 28, is considered armed and dangerous. He is 5’10 and weighs 210 pounds. Police say if you see him, call 911.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information on his whereabouts. Call the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or use the P3 Tips App on your phone or submit the info at www.P3Tips.com. It is guaranteed to be anonymous .

“We’re a family like every other family in America, we’re normal, we joke around, we have moments when were angry with each other,” said Rodney Chaplin, father of the 23-year-old woman who was shot by Lassason.

A normal family who says they never imagined domestic violence would be a part of their lives.

“That type of domestic violence shouldn’t be happening, it blows my mind that it could happen to my sister, in a crowded bar in the middle of the day,” said Leigh Chaplin, the brother of the 23-year-old woman.

Kent police say Lasseson and the 23-year-old woman met at Gator’s Sports Bar and Grill in Kent on November 18. Some kind of argument happened and Lasseson pulled out a gun and shot her in the stomach.

Surveillance video caught the incident on camera. Lasseson is wearing a white T-shirt, reached for a gun, holds it to the woman’s neck then stomach and she off of her chair. Kent police say he tried to give aid to her then left in a Nissan Altima with two other women.

“He is a violent offender. He has a big history of assault, order violations, and domestic violence incidents. This guy is a bad guy,” said detective Melanie Robinson with Kent Police.

Police say they have no leads on Lasseson. He is armed and dangerous and they consider him a danger to the public.

“We really want to find him. He’s still at large, and she was critically injured thankfully doing much better at this point but the wound was pretty significant,” said Robinson.

The woman’s family say she and Lasseson have a two-year-old son together and have been in a relationship on and off for a few years.

“It’s been a constant domestic battle between the both of them back and forth,” said Chaplin.

The family says the 23-year-old was recently dealing with some personal struggles but going back to school and getting her life on track.

Her father says his message to other families would be to say something if you suspect domestic violence.

“When you don’t talk about it, when there’s no communication shared, you’re blinded when these things happen,” said Chaplin.

Kent police have a $500,000 warrant out for his arrest. They believe Lasseson is mentally unstable and a public danger and urge anyone who sees him to call 911 immediately.

FUGITIVES WANTED IN WAPATO February 17, 2017 —
A family fast asleep — woken in fright as gunshots and gang warfare erupt outside their home.

Jose Silva and Daniel Acevedo are the two shooting suspects Wapato Police are searching for.

Silva is the accused gunman.

Detectives say Acevedo also pulled a gun on the victim– but never pulled the trigger.

Both are wanted for attempted murder and both are “armed and dangerous” gang members, who detectives say blindsided the victim after sharing some suds last October. “They were having a visit, talking outside, drinking some beer,” said Wapato Police Det. Michael Campos. “They went inside to continue their visit, victim forgot his phone, or something outside on the bench. As he walked outside to retrieve his phone, saw the two subjects. They opened fire on him. We had another adult male and an elderly female who lives at the residence, a younger boy. The three were sleeping at the time when this shooting took place.”

None of those three were hurt, but the victim was shot in the face. He survived.

Silva is a convicted felon and also wanted for illegally having a gun.

Detectives say both he and Acevedo are suspects in other shootings as well.

If you know where they’re hiding, or know anything that can help detectives get them into custody, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS, or use the P3 Tips app to submit your information.

Vanished: Search for 5 women missing in Tacoma includes possibility of serial predator

TACOMA — The discovery of a partial human skull last month in a wooded area in East Pierce County has reignited interest in solving some long-term missing persons cases.

Investigators won’t know if the skull fragment is from a man or a woman until DNA test results are complete.

“Anytime there are human remains found in the state, loved ones of missing persons from around the state and sometimes bordering states will reach out and make sure that we are making that comparison and ruling out or checking on their loved ones,” said Carrie Gordon with the Washington State Patrol’s Missing and Unidentified Persons Unit.

There are more than 1,800 missing persons statewide and 146 of those are women in Pierce County.

Investigators are taking a regional approach to try to solve these cases because serial offenders don’t pay attention to law enforcement jurisdictions.

They are starting in Tacoma where five women and teens went missing between 1994 and 2010.

All of them worked as prostitutes in the areas around Puyallup Avenue and in downtown Tacoma.

“I can’t say that we have any evidence linking these five cases together but it’s certainly possible that one or more of these women were victims of some serial offender who may be in prison already or may be in custody for another crime or it could be somebody that we don’t know about yet,” said Det. Lindsey Wade with Tacoma Police.

Sixteen years ago Thursday, Green River Killer Gary Ridgeway was arrested.

Missing: Jennifer Enyart

  • Jennifer is considered a missing or kidnapped person with evidence of foul play.
  • She was born on Feb. 20, 1984. She is white, 5'3" and weighed 130 pounds at the time of her disappearance.
  • She was last last seen at the corner of 56th and Tacoma Mall Boulevard.

Missing: Debra Honey

  • Debra is considered a missing or kidnapped person with evidence of foul play.
  • She was born on March. 30, 1961. She is 5'7", and weighed 97 pounds at the time of her disappearance.
  • She was last seen at 3565 East K Street.

Missing: Tami Kowalchuk

  • Tami is considered a missing or kidnapped person with evidence of foul play.
  •  She was born on Aug. 16, 1982. She is white 5' tall and weighed 100 pounds at the time of her disappearance.
  • She was last seen at 234 E. 64th Ave in Tacoma.

Helen Tucker went missing in 1994. Her case was originally assigned to the Green River Killer Task Force who eliminated Gary Ridgeway as a suspect but that can’t be said for all of them.

“A couple of the others, we can’t rule him out because we know that he was out and active at the time these girls went missing,” said Det. Wade.

Investigators are hoping to talk to anyone who knew the women or teens or who they associated with at the time they went missing. They also want to know about any violent encounters they may have had.

“They might not know their names but they knew a nickname or they knew a vehicle description. Even something small can open up an investigation,” said Det. Wade.

Detectives are looking into the backgrounds of the missing women and teens to try to make connections with some of their associates.

“It’s a very small area of the state to have that many similar missing person cases,” said Gordon.

If you have any information that can help solve these cases, call Tacoma Police or the Washington State Patrol’s Missing and Unidentified Persons Unit at 1-800-543-5678 or email them at  MUPU@WSP.WA.GOV

The Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force in Yakima is on the hunt of a pair of bad brothers.

Casimiro Blanco is the older sibling, Villaney Blanco is the younger.

The Department of Corrections says Casimiro is breaking probation on a meth bust and has a Yakima County warrant for a felony drug charge he’s skipping court on.

He also has several assault convictions, along with domestic violence, resisting arrest, and being a felon with a gun.

DOC officers say he goes by the street names “El Chalo,” “Speedy,” and “Goche.”

Help ID sex exposer suspected of striking twice in Kirkland within an hour

WANTED IN KIRKLAND —
The hunt is on for a man accused of luring women to his car to watch him pleasure himself.

Kirkland Police are releasing the two sketches above — each from a different witness — who detectives say are victims of the same unidentified suspect.

They say he hit twice in the same day early last month: First outside the ‘Slater 116 Apartments” on 124th Ave. NE in the Totem Lake area.

“A woman was walking into her apartment where she was approached by a male and he was asking for directions,” said Kirkland Police Ofc. Tiffany Trombley. “He was interacting with the female, in which she described as a flirtatious manner and initially engaging in conversation with her. He then followed her into this parking garage. He remained in his vehicle, when she observed the male he was holding his genitals and started masturbating. When she observed this she ran away.”

But detectives say he wasn't done -- striking less than an hour later at Caribbean Casino in Kirkland's Kingsgate area, just a few miles north of the apartment complex.

This time a casino worker was his target and detectives say he was driving a different car -- a late-model, four-door BMW sedan. Detectives describe the car he had before at the apartment complex as a different four-door sedan.

Kirkland police say his victims were brave and did the right thing. "Both of our victims in these incidents were willing to go and call the police and help us with the investigation, so this doesn't happen to other people,” said Ofc. Trombley. “We suspect that it might have happened to others, that's the reason we're asking for the communities help in identifying this person, or if you had a similar situation happen and this person's described the same way, or you recognize this as the individual that may have even had just a quick conversation with you to ask for directions, so we're hoping there are individuals that can help us with if they've seen him in the area."

He hit on November 2nd at about 9am at the apartment complex and just before 10am at the casino.

Detectives think he's mixed-race, in his 20's, with a thin build and facial hair.

If you know his name, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips app to submit your information.

It's anonymous and you'll get a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip helps lead to his arrest.
