WANTED IN SEATTLE —
The hunt is on for a double murder suspect in Seattle after a triple shooting in the Belltown neighborhood last November.

Seattle Police say convicted felon, Nyagah Baker-Williams, a.k.a. ‘Baby’ and ‘Big Baby’ is involved in the murders of two men in the area of 5th and Battery St. When officers arrived they found three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Two died, the third survived.

Police have already arrested one suspect and now need your help to find Baker-Williams. “We feel he’s very dangerous. He’s obviously armed. Multiple convictions for drugs and robbery and burglary, so he’s not going to come in easy, so we feel that friends of his are probably hiding him out. According to all of the intelligence we’ve gathered on this case, he’s not out of the Seattle area,” said Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

He’s 27 years old, 6'1", 240 pounds and known to be a regular in downtown Seattle.

Police say he should be considered ‘armed and dangerous.’

If you can tell officers where to find him, Crime Stoppers will pay you a $1,000 cash reward. All tips are anonymous. Call the hotline at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App on your phone to tell police where to find him.

KENT, Wash. -- A Washington's Most Wanted viewer tip led to an arrest of a man accused of attacking and attempting to rape a barista at the Hottie Shots Espresso stand in Kent.

The suspect has been identified as a 33-year-old Kent man, who police say had an extensive criminal history.

Investigators have not released his name as he has not yet been formally charged.

“We want to thank everyone that called in and identified this violent offender; our streets are safer because of each of you,” said Detective Melanie Robinson.

KENT, Wash. -- Police asked for the public's help Tuesday to ID a man who attacked a barista at the Hottie Shots Espresso stand, forced her out of the building at knifepoint and tried to rape her.

The barista, a 30-year-old Bonney Lake woman, told officers that the man came to the coffee stand window on foot and ordered a drink at about 4:45 a.m. Tuesday. She said while she was distracted making the drink, the man climbed through the window and held her at knifepoint, then forced her outside into a dark alleyway near the stand.

Kent police released a surveillance video so that the public might be able to help ID the assailant.

"During his attempt to sexually assault her, he was spooked by the vehicle headlights of a customer that pulled into the barista stand drive-through," the Kent Police Department said in a news release.

The assailant then fled, possibly within a dark sedan with black rims, police said.

TACOMA, Wash. -- Tacoma Police are asking for the public's help to identify a suspected package thief who stole a Seahawks Brian Bosworth jersey that was a surprise Valentine's Day gift for the victim's son and a pair of of purple Retro 6 Jordans.

The thief hit on Feb. 14th in the 2900 block of S. 17th.

"She’s a white female, early 30s and the interesting thing is she was so comfortable in doing this, she was having her cigarette the entire time. Walked up with her cigarette, took a couple puffs, grabbed the package and just walked off the porch with it," Officer Shelbie Boyd said of the suspect.

Police say she appeared to be following the UPS truck and stole the package about a minute after it was delivered.

"Be aware. If you see a car kind of tailing behind one of these delivery vehicles. You can call that in. We can go and figure out why it is that they’re tailing the UPS driver. Maybe they’re just waiting for their package or maybe they’re waiting for your package," said Boyd.

Crime Stoppers of Tacoma-Pierce County is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for any information that leads to an arrest and charges in the case. If you know her name, call the hot line at 1-800-222-8477 or use the P3 Tips App on your phone.

Reward increased to $1.5 million in unsolved 2001 slaying of Seattle prosecutor

SEATTLE -- The second-highest ranking Department of Justice official was in Seattle Wednesday to announce an even higher reward in an unsolved case of what could be the first assistant U.S. attorney killed in the line of duty.

Thomas Wales was shot and killed in his Seattle home in 2001. The FBI believes he was killed because of his work as an assistant United States Attorney investigating fraud.

Despite countless leads and a $1 million reward for information, the FBI has yet to make an arrest in the case.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on Wednesday said the National Association of Former US Attorneys Foundation will add $525,000 on top of the FBI reward -- bringing the total tip reward to more than $1.5 million. That tip must lead to the arrest and conviction of the killer.

"I intend to see that we leave no stone unturned in the search for the killer who murdered Tom Wales," said Rosenstein. "We know that you're out there. The details you know, small or large, may be important to solving this case."

"We hope that this increased reward, and the publicity it generates, helps in finding that citizen who will provide the last evidentiary link so that charges may finally be brought," said Former U.S. Attorney Mike McKay.

Amy Wales, daughter of Tom Wales, also attended the press conference and thanked the DOJ and FBI for continued dedication to her father's case.

"My father's murder was an attack on the institutions of the United States," she said.

"For the persons that were involved in this, I would say we're never gonna stop coming after you," said Jay S. Tabb, Jr., Special Agent in Charge of FBI Seattle. "We will absolutely put together the evidence that we need to bring the killers to justice and we're coming for you so always consider that when you go to sleep at night, when you walk outside in the morning. Always be looking over your shoulder because eventually, we're gonna be there."

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan, a former U.S. Attorney, says she is committed to seeing the case through.

"Tom Wales meant much to me personally," said Durkan.

Wales, an 18-year veteran of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Seattle, was shot as he worked in the basement of his home on Oct. 11, 2001. According to ballistics tests, the murder weapon was a Makarov pistol outfitted with a replacement barrel.

Our news partner The Seattle Times reports the FBI has found evidence suggesting a hired gunman may have killed Wales. The Times cited an FBI official familiar with the investigation.

Hall alleges he then took the girl into a spare bedroom in a Parkland travel trailer, where she could hear the child screaming and crying.

Court records show investigators found videos and photos on a CD, USB drive, several memory cards and a laptop during a search warrant of Morgan’s trailer that showed infants and young girls being sexually assaulted by adults.

Help ID Tacoma ‘smash and grab’ thief

WANTED IN TACOMA —
Detectives are hoping you can help track down a thief who hit earlier this month — and quick — pulling up next to the victims car, busting out the passenger side window and taking luggage from Kelly Lane, who was about to go on a trip. “Luckily my passport was in my purse, but they got copies of my airplane tickets, they got $2,800 worth of gift certificates to Fairmont hotels, they got StubHub tickets to a soccer game out of the country, they got all my jewelry to the trip,” said Lane.

“We’re dealing with a case here of crime of opportunity,” said Tacoma Police Ofc. Shelbie Boyd. “February 2nd, around 10am, individual parked their vehicle at a business to pickup his wife. They were taking her to the airport and while the vehicle was parked and unoccupied with their luggage inside, a black or dark-colored Chevy Trailblazer pulled up, got out of the car, busted the window out and took off with the luggage.”

Locating that Black Chevy Trailblazer with a missing back, left hub cap is what detectives need your help with. The victim says she later spotted it and snapped the photo above that Kelly believes is the same SUV that the 'smash and grab' thief drove. She says she's seen it around town twice since the break-in.

If you can help detectives find it, or know anything that can help identify the thief, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App to submit your information.

Jerry Denson: Convicted felon wanted for crash that killed mother

WANTED BY WASHINGTON STATE PATROL —
Booze and marijuana – it’s a deadly combination when you get behind the wheel — just ask one grieving mother after her daughter was killed riding in the car with a driver accused of being impaired.

Deadly car crash victim, Joy Brannon

“It was my baby girl and I miss her dearly and I`m just asking, if you all can just help find justice for the family,” pleaded Joy Brannon’s mother, Twalla Fields.

Troopers are asking for your help to find the driver, Jerry Denson, after prosecutors charged him with vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment.

The crumpled remains of the car troopers say Denson was driving sits impounded in an evidence lot of the Washington State Patrol. “About 11pm on St. Patrick`s Day of last year, March 17th, this vehicle that`s behind me was traveling southbound I-5, in the area of State Route 516,” said Trooper Rick Johnson.

Brannon, 28, was riding in the back seat after troopers say Denson and two friends picked her up from the hair salon where she worked. “It was dark, of course, and raining heavily and from what we understand the vehicle was traveling at a high rate,” said Trooper Johnson. Troopers say Denson lost control, hit a guard rail, then another vehicle before flipping onto its roof. Joy was thrown from the back seat into the north bound lanes, “At which time she was struck a couple times by vehicles that, obviously, had no time to react, nor could they really even see what was really going on,” Trooper Johnson explained.

For Joy's mom and her sister, learning about the crash was one of the worst days of their lives. "It`s heartbreaking. It`s a hole that can never be filled,” said Twalla. “I just remember I broke down when my dad told me that early morning,” said Joy’s sister, Ebony.

Joy had a five year old son. “Every day when I see that child I have to go to another room and cry for him, because he don`t know. All he knows is that his mommy`s not here,” said Twalla.

Now, Joy’s family is on a mission to get justice.

Troopers say blood tests showed Denson had been drinking and using marijuana.

"I would just like to tell Jerry Denson, right is right, wrong is wrong, what my grandmother used to say,” said Ebony. “I`m not saying he went out to kill her, but we have to take ownership of our responsibilities and you have to be a man."

Nobody knows if Denson is even still around, or if he took off out of state, but troopers are hoping somebody can give them the clues to find him, or that he does the right thing. "Turn yourself in,” Trooper Johnson tells Denson. “We will find you. It`s only a matter of time. Turn yourself in and let the court system run it`s process.”

Denson is 28 years old and he is a convicted felon with a criminal history that includes assault and harassment.

If you can tell troopers where to find him, Crime Stoppers will pay you a $1,000 cash reward.

Help ID business burglar whose hopeful pot shop score turned into total bust

$

WANTED IN LYNNWOOD —
‘Bummer, dude!’ I’m sure something like that spewed from this destructive business burglar’s mouth after what he thought was going to be a big pot shop score — turned out to be a total bust.

Lynnwood Police explain why and hope you can help identify the wannabe cannabis crook.

“On January 29th, sometime overnight, when the building wasn’t occupied, the suspect found an unlocked door, entered into the business and then forced entry into several other businesses, looking for items to steal,” said Lynnwood Det. Frazer Kennedy. “Once inside the building the suspect looked around, checked a couple doors and walked through the hallway, finding some areas that he had to force entry into, one being a supply closet, the other an empty business. He came back down an upstairs hallway, looked at the signage on the door and it looks like a soon-to-be marijuana dispensary and after several attempts of kicking at the door, gained entry into that business as well, finding nothing inside because the business is not yet setup for business.”

Detectives say he did get away with a laptop from the building on Highway 99.

They also say the same thing I can’t stress enough: Good security cameras get great results. "We're very impressed by the videos that were taken from the business,” said Det. Kennedy. “There are a lot of times where we run into problems that, when it comes time for prosecution, if we have video alone that it's not enough to identify and get a conviction through the prosecutor's office. This video is very clear. The suspect's face. The description's you can get from him, that he's very identifiable from the video. We're looking for information to identify who this is. Obviously, if the person is going to that extreme to gain access into businesses, it probably isn't the first time that he's committed thefts and before he goes into an occupied business, or uses more force, we'd like to find out who he is and get him under arrest."

Detectives think he's white, in his mid-to-late 20's, 5’8” to 5’10” and weighs 150 to 165 pounds.

If you know this his name, use the P3 Tips App to submit your information to Crime Stoppers, or call the hotline at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).

WANTED: Jorge ‘Speedy’ Martinez (left), Jose ‘Chi Chi’ Nava (right)

WANTED IN MARYSVILLE —
The hunt is on for murder suspects, Jorge Nava Martinez, a.k.a. ‘Speedy’ and Jose Antonio Nava, a.k.a. ‘Chi Chi.’

Both are known gang members, convicted felons and considered ‘armed and dangerous.’

Marysville detectives say they attacked, robbed and shot a man in the back of the head in the Village Inn parking lot on Tuesday night. The victim died from his injuries on Thursday night.

Two suspects have already been arrested.

Detectives say either Martinez or Nava is the triggerman. “Evidence indicates that one of these two new suspects fired the handgun that ultimately took the victims life,” said Sgt. James Maples of the Marysville Investigation unit.

Detectives say both took off after the shooting in a white Dodge Durango with Washington state license plates BHL1688, that they could still be driving.

Investigators say the murder stemmed from the suspects knowing the victim had recently won several thousand dollars from a casino. They say one of the suspects already arrested was a friend of the victim and admitted to helping plan to rob him.

The two arrested suspects are booked in the Snohomish County Jail on Assault 1 and Robbery 1 charges.

Martinez is 31 years old. Nava is 30 years old.

Both have ties to Everett, Mount Vernon and Bellingham.

If you know where they are, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App on your smart phone to submit your information.

It’s anonymous — you never have to give your name — and you’ll get a cash reward if your tip leads to their arrests.

He’s 30 years old, 6’1” and weighs around 175 pounds.

CAPTURE UPDATE February 23, 2018 —
The Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force arrested Jonathan Fowler and Shauna Northrup in Portland, Oregon on Friday, thanks to Washington’s Most Wanted viewer tips called into Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

They are WMW Captures #965 and #966.

WANTED IN KING COUNTY and SNOHOMISH COUNTY January 12, 2018 —
The hunt is on for a criminal couple accused in a prolific crime spree.

Jonathan Fowler and Shauna Northrup are wanted after not showing up to court in both King and Snohomish county.

“We suspect that they’ve been involved in a string of crimes and their MO goes something like this: They burglarize a house, steal items from it like jewelry, firearms, but also key fobs to the vehicles, take those vehicles and then use them in another crime, like doing package thefts from doorsteps, as well as using a stolen vehicle to burglarize another home and commit identity fraud, as well,” said Shari Ireton with The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. “So, these crimes roam across the whole area, from King County, Mukilteo, several parts of Snohomish County and so we’d really like to get them into custody.”

Jonathan Fowler is 32 years old. He’s been busted for more than a dozen felonies.

Shauna Northrup has been convicted of theft. She’s 31 years old.

If you know where this criminal couple’s hiding, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App to submit your information.

Face filler fraudster: Help ID woman who duped plastic surgeon for expensive beauty service

$

WANTED IN KIRKLAND —
Take a look at the “before” photo of a woman about to get a face filler injection at a plastic surgeon’s office in Kirkland. There’s no “after” shot for this patient though — because she took off right after the procedure — duping the doctor for nearly $5,000 worth of beauty service.

Kirkland Police say she said her name was “Maryann Kathleen Agne” — that was a lie, so detectives hope you know who this bold conwoman really is.

“She called on the 23rd of January for an appointment the next day,” said Kirkland Police Lt. Rob Saloum. “Some information was taken and an appointment was set and she showed up on the 24th. More forms were filled out about having a procedure done, basically it`s a type of injection to fill in the under areas, for the creases and laugh-lines. After the service was done and the service was approximately $4800 of service, they came in to run the credit card on a portable scanner and she excused herself for a minute and left the office and took off without paying. Left her jacket behind. Subsequently, the contact information was found to be false.”

Detectives says she's around 5’4” and weighs about 145 pounds -- and don't be fooled by her red hair -- it sounds to me like it's part of her well-planned ploy. “Something else that was unique is she was wearing a wig, a red wig and she stated she was going through chemotherapy at the University of Washington, so again, we don`t know if this is true, or just part of the rouse and if the wig was just for effect, to hide her actual appearance. I can`t remember our agency dealing with something quite like this. When I talked to one of the people at the surgery center, they had never had this happen to them, so yeah, it`s pretty gutsy to go in there and have some type of surgical procedure done and then flee."

If anything about her rings a bell -- the face, the wig, the story she gave the plastic surgeon's office -- contact Crime Stoppers and give detectives your tip.
It's anonymous and you'll get a cash reward if your information leads to her arrest.

Karl Redmond: Five-time felon accused of shooting neighbor with richochet blast

WANTED IN KING COUNTY —
Crossing paths with this five-time felon could get you hurt, or killed — just ask Karl Redmond’s neighbor who Federal Way Police say got shot by Redmond’s reckless ricochet blast.

“He said that he was in the apartment walkway, on the stairway, when Karl and his girlfriend walked by,” said Cathy Schrock with Federal Way Police. “The victim reported that he moved out of the way as they walked down, Karl went into the apartment, came back out, he had a gun in his pocket, exchanged some words with the victim and an altercation verbally occurred and then Redmond’s believed to have shot into the side of the building, right next to where this gentleman was standing and the shrapnel, basically, from the building, injured the victim’s legs and feet.”

Redmond has been on the run ever since the early November shooting.

He’s wanted in King County for assault, illegally having a gun and for violating a domestic violence protection order. His rap sheet has prior convictions for all three of those charges, as well as a burglary bust.

Police think he’s hiding in King County and say he has a disturbing history of putting his kids in harm’s way. “His children were in the car. He had just put them in the car minutes before the shooting and in other cases that he had been involved with, with us, his children were also present during assaults and things like that, so he’s not afraid to commit crimes in front of children, or recklessly, so we definitely would like to bring him into custody. We think he’s a danger to any society, whatever city he might be in. If he’s willing to shoot at someone for just maybe not getting out his way as he’s walking up and down a stairwell, then he’s willing to hurt anyone,” said Schrock.

Karl Redmond is 25 years old, 5’11 and weighs 200 pounds. He has tattoos on both forearms.

If you spot him, or know where he’s hiding — stay away — and call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App on your smart phone to submit your information.

Surgery goes ‘well’ for Rex, the hero dog shot 3 times while protecting teen during home invasion

RENTON, Wash. -- Rex, the 'hero' dog that was shot three times as he protected his teenage owner during a home invasion, underwent surgery Friday and "came through well," the veterinary hospital said Friday night.

Dr. Jennifer Weh, a board-certified veterinary surgeon with BluePearl, repaired the fractured bone (the tibia) in Rex's left hind leg, by inserting a surgical pin and screw. The bone had been broken by the bullet that was fired into this leg. Weh also examined the area near the bullet wound on Rex's neck and found good news -- there was no evidence of damage to the esophagus or trachea.

"Rex is recovering and will spend tonight (Friday night) at BluePearl's Renton hospital," the hospital said. "He will be evaluated by veterinarians on Saturday to determine when he can go back home with his family."

Rex shown post-operation Friday night.

The German shepherd named Rex took three bullets Wednesday while protecting his teenage owner from burglars who broke inside their Des Moines, Wash., home.

Sixteen-year-old Javier Mercado can’t help but thank Rex – he’s convinced his dog saved his life.

“I just want to thank my dog,” said Javier. “If it wasn’t for him, I feel like I wouldn’t be standing here right now.”

Des Moines Police say Javier called 911 Wednesday after burglars broke into his home on the 1400 block of South 234th Street.

Mercado told dispatchers he was hiding in a closet while crooks were breaking into the house – only to be confronted by a protective dog.

“I started hearing barking, a lot of barking, and then one of the guys screamed, 'The dog bit me, the dog bit me!'" said Javier.

Moments later, Javier said, he heard gunfire.

“My dog cries after each shot,” he said. "Just the worst.”

Javier said the burglars took off after hearing police sirens approaching. Somehow Rex survived the shooting despite one bullet going into his neck and both of his hind legs being injured. Rex’s family says it’s a miracle the dog survived.

Cold case: DNA, technology reveals new suspect images in ’91 Federal Way murder of teen

FEDERAL WAY, Wash. – Nearly 30 years, that’s how long the King County Sheriff’s Office has been chasing leads to find the person who killed 16-year-old Sarah Yarborough of Federal Way.

On Friday, investigators released new suspect composite sketches that could break the case wide open, and help bring some kind of closure to the family who has spent decades wondering and waiting.

A lot has changed since Sarah’s body was dumped near Federal Way High School. There’s a new high school and the community here has also grown around it.

But, Sarah’s killer has never been caught.

Now, using a technology that extrapolates facial features from DNA, investigators believe they have a much clearer picture of their suspect – and they’re hoping someone out there knows his identity.

“That’s the frustrating thing about this case,” said retired sheriff's Detective Jim Allen. “It’s been solvable from the beginning. We had witnesses, we had a real tight solid timeline, we had a full DNA profile from the beginning. Thousands of tips, you would have thought the case would have been solved by now.”

Allen takes Sarah’s case personally; he’s been digging for the truth since 2001.

For years, the sheriff’s office relied on artist sketches like this to help bring in the tip to solve the crime.

“Was the guy passing through, is he deceased, or we just haven’t got the right person?” said Allen. “He might be out there; he might be walking around.”

“It doesn’t get any easier this many years later,” said Sarah’s younger brother, Andrew Yarborough.

Andrew remembers his big sister as warm, friendly and having a strong work ethic but he’s missed a lifetime of memories without her.

“You know, you go about your daily life and what would my relationship be like with her as an adult?” he asked.

“Sarah was kind of the girl next door, everybody could relate to her as a victim,” said Allen.  “They could be their sister, their friend, their daughter, so I think the whole community kind of rallied behind this case.”

“I was a sophomore at Federal Way High School when this happened,” said sheriff's Captain Theodore Boe. “It impacted everybody that went to school there.”

Boe is now in charge of Sarah’s cold case and, in a twist of fate, he also went to high school with her, only a few years behind.

And now, thanks to new technology, his team have rendered striking sketch composites of the suspect they’re looking to identify.

According to investigators, a process called short nucleotide polymorphism allows detectives to create new picture-like images of the man they're hunting,  thanks to DNA evidence.

“The more important thing is it looks like a picture,” said Boe. “It’s easier for someone to recognize it and to look at it and say, ‘I know what it looks like, I know that person.’

Sarah’s family hopes these new sketches will rattle the community’s memory of the girl who disappeared on her way to a dance team competition in 1991.

“Of course, you want somebody to be held accountable for their actions and to have some sense of justice,” said Andrew.

Anyone who has information about the cold case is being asked to contact the King County Sheriff’s Office.

CAPTURE UPDATE February 27, 2018 —
Christopher Burrus pleaded ‘not guilty’ to attempted murder charges on Tuesday.

He remains held in the King County Jail on $1,000,000 bail.

Burrus is accused of setting Kasey Busch on fire in November.

Kasey’s family was in the courtroom today. “It’s important to be here just to represent Kasey,” said his mom, Candace. “I have never seen Chris before, so it was kind of emotional for me just to see him in person. I have a lot of mixed emotions. We just wanted to be here, we knew he would plead not guilty, so that wasn’t a big surprise, but we’re happy that he’s in custody and there will be justice for Kasey. I can tell you that the day Chris was arrested there was a lot of hooting and hollering in my house! We were very excited that he was in custody.”

Candace says her son is doing well. “Considering what he’s been through, he’s just been really determined to go on with his life and heal and make progress and we’re just really proud of the progress he’s made.

FUGITIVE CAPTURED February 15, 2018 —
Mountlake Terrace Police arrested Christopher Burrus and booked him into the King County Jail early this morning on his $1,000,000 warrant for Attempted Murder.   Chief Greg Wilson says officers arrested Burrus following a report of an “order violation/traffic dispute with an uncooperative subject.”

FUGITIVE WANTED IN SEATTLE November 21, 2017 --
Candace Neisinger spends each afternoon at the hospital with her oldest son.

"Essentially every inch of his head is burned,” said Neisinger.

Seattle police say on November 7, suspect Christopher Burrus threw a Big Gulp cup full of gasoline on Kasey Busch, 39, and then used a flare to light him on fire. He has burns over 30 percent of his body, including his back and arms.

“The pain that Kasey has to deal with is horrific,” said Neisinger.  His family has set up a fund if you would like to donate to help with his recovery: https://www.gofundme.com/ysksw4

Kasey who has worked as a commercial diver doing boat inspections and underwater welding was returning with a friend from a recycling trip when he was attacked in the 4500 block of NW Leary Way in the Fremont neighborhood.

A witness says Burrus was retaliating for an argument Kasey had with Burrus’s girlfriend.

"The why doesn't matter to me because there is not any reason in my mind that would justify someone doing this to another person,” said Neisinger.

Burrus has been on the run ever since.

King County prosecutors have charged him with first-degree attempted murder. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for any information that leads to his arrest.

Detectives say he may try to change his appearance.

Detectives are searching for Christopher Burrus for the Nov. 7 assault of a man in Fremont. If you know where police can find Burrus, please call 911 immediately and do not approach him.

"He knows exactly what he did and we want him really bad,” said retired Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound.

Doctors say Kasey will remain in the Intensive Care Unit and then faces several more months in the hospital.

Kasey, who loves playing guitar for his daughter, is now having to learn how to use his left hand because of skin graft surgery to his right arm.

Helping Kasey heal is Neisinger’s number one goal. Assuring that the man accused of hurting him is caught is second.

“All I could think is if this guy could do this, who knows what he could dream up next?” she said.

Burrus is believed to be in the Ballard-Fremont area or in north Seattle. He is 5'09" 150 pounds with brown hair and eyes.

If you have any information on where police can find him, call 911 or submit the information anonymously at www.p3tips.com or by using the P3 Tips App on your phone or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
