Kingdom Hall destroyed by second arson fire; $6,000 reward offered to help solve

OLYMPIA, Wash. -- A Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Olympia damaged by fire in March by an arsonist -- goes up in flames again.

Olympia Police say the blaze that destroyed the place of worship on July 3rd was -- again -- deliberately set.

In the past four months the congregation has been targeted multiple times: In Yelm, a Kingdom Hall was shot at. Fires were set at Kingdom Halls in Tumwater and Olympia in March and last week's fire marked a fourth attack.

It's an incredible loss, because it is a total loss of a community's place of worship. When firefighters rushed to the scene overnight on Tuesday, July 3rd, flames were shooting through the roof. By the time the flames were gone, the roof was caved in and the inside was even worse.

So all day at the corner of Cain and 22nd drivers did double takes, pedestrians stopped and stared while others couldn’t stop talking about the destruction in front of them.

“That could be our church,” Olympia resident Karen Sullivan said.

For Larry Sherman, it is his church. “It will be rebuilt,” Sherman said.

It's the second time Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses will be rebuilding their Olympia location. Less than four months ago, an arsonist caught on camera caused thousands of dollars in damages. The second fire on July 3rd, that officals confirm was, again, intentionally set was worse, causing a total loss of the Kingdom Hall.

Olympia police and the ATF are looking for the suspect from both the March fire and the most recent blaze at the Olympia Kingdom Hall. In the March fire, a man wearing a shirt with a hoodie over his head was caught on video walking up to the building with what appeared to be jugs. The video then shows the man pouring the substance from the jugs on the Olympia church and flames erupting. “He was wearing a ski mask kind of thing so I couldn’t see his face,” Sherman said.

Sherman is an elder at the Kingdom Hall and says the series of fires are disappointing but it’s not keeping his spirit down.

Investigators are working to see if the same man from the March incident could be to blame for the latest blaze.

“I can’t imagine somebody having that much hate to reset it,” Sullivan said.

The two fires at the Olympia Kingdom Hall are not the only incidents targeting the congregation in the past several months.

Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses also had to clean up their Tumwater location after an arson in March as well.

“It’s an attack on the whole community when you have a fire like this,” Robert Bradley with Olympia Fire Department said.

Someone also fired multiple shots into their Kingdom Hall in Yelm .

Bullets shattering glass, piercing a chair and multiple walls.

Despite everything the congregation has been through, members say they will get through it all together.

“We all have each other so we come together as a family,” Kingdom Hall member Vicki Branum said.

Olympia Police say they detained a man who they spotted around 3am during the time of the fire. The man was several blocks away on foot and had his face partially covered. He was arrested for having a Department of Corrections warrant, but Police confirm the man is not a suspect in the arson, or even a person of interest at this time.

A reward is being offered to help solve these disturbing Kingdom Hall attacks in Thurston County.

Together, the ATF and Crime Stoppers of the South Sound are offering a total of $6,000 for information that leads to any arrests in the cases.

You can report it anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or by using the P3 Tips App on your phone to submit the information.

Bridal store burglars: Help ID pair of suspects seen stealing wedding dresses, laptops

WANTED IN SEATTLE —
If you have daughters, or have ever been married yourself, you know how stressful it can be picking out the perfect wedding dress. Women can wait months on a special order to arrive, so when ‘smash and grab’ burglars stole 11 gowns from a wedding shop on N. 85th St. in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood last January, the store manager’s first concern was for her brides.

Surveillance video shows one suspect shattering the glass. A short time later, he rushes in and steals the dresses, snatching them up and climbing back out through the broken window. A few minutes later, a second suspect reaches through the glass to steal another dress and that’s where he gives us the best look at his face.

Seattle Police are hoping somebody recognizes him, or the other suspect who seen walking a dog outside in the middle of their caper. Detectives have exhausted all leads and need your help.

At 'I Do Bridal,’ Jen Tran works hard to help women look stunning on the most important day of their lives -- a day thieves tried to ruin.

“It`s about 3:15 in the morning when this whole thing starts,” describes Ret. Det. Myrle Carner with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound. Surveillance video shows the first suspect breaking the window on a door, before walking away, “Then a little time lapses, he comes back and knocks all the windows out and he reaches through and he puts the wedding gowns about two feet further into the store," adds Carner. In a bizarre twist, the next time we see the suspect, he's walking a little black dog, but it's not long before he's back. "This time he grabs a whole armload of these dresses, steps out through the door that's broken and then disappears," said Carner.

"They actually were size 8 dresses, so he grabbed all size 8's only which is odd,” said Tran. She was very relieved to find out that the thief stole sample dresses. The customer's gowns were locked up. Still, that's thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise and the crooks weren't done, as a second suspect appears on camera. “Actually reaches through the glass and takes a wedding dress and this is what's disturbing. He steps outside and he just casually stuffs a whole wedding dress into his coat,” describes Carner. Then, the thief returns and steals five laptop computers. At this point, it's 6:15 in the morning, but these crooks didn't go far. "One last shot shows them where they are actually walking past the same place where they entered and they are just walking by like, look what we did. We got away with it," said Carner.

Since the break-in, 'I Do Bridal' has installed motion sensors and upgraded their alarm system. They also leave the lights on overnight, doing everything they can to protect their customers. "It's a memory that could be taken away from these brides and that's not something we are willing to risk," said Tran.

If you recognize either of these suspects and I think that shot showing one of them with a little dog might be a good clue to help you identify them, Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound will pay you a cash reward of up to $1,000. Call the hotline at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or submit an anonymous tip by using the P3 Tips App that you can download to your smart phone for free.

WANTED IN KING COUNTY —
An Owl and playing cards on his neck. ‘Irish Pride’ inked across his throat: Tattoos to help spot fugitive Michael Coggins, who could be hiding in the Vancouver/Portland area.

Coggins is wanted in King County for being a felon with a firearm — a charge he’s skipping court on after getting pulled over in SeaTac. “He didn’t have a back license plate on his vehicle, which caused some suspicion. Deputies pulled him over and after talking to him and getting consent to search his vehicle, they located a loaded handgun in a backpack, in the backseat of the car. The problem with that is that Michael Coggins is a convicted felon, so he is unable to own, have possession, touch, be around a gun, period,” said King County Sgt. Ryan Abbott. “The detectives are having a hard time finding him, he doesn’t have an actual address, last we had heard he was homeless. If anybody sees him, or knows where he’s at, send Crime Stoppers an anonymous tip and let us know where he’s at, so we can arrest him. We need to get him back in.”

Coggins is also wanted by the Department of Corrections for breaking probation on a conviction for dealing powerful anxiety pills.

The photo above shows Coggins standing in front of the car he got pulled over in that he could still be driving. It’s a silver 2006 Chrysler 300 4-door with Washington license plates AWL5199.

Detectives say Coggins is a self-proclaimed ‘Gangsta Disciple.’

You can see from all the photos below that he’s got ink all over his body, not just the tattoos on his neck and throat.

He’s 25 years old, 5’6” and weighs 185 pounds.

Detectives think he could be hiding around Seattle, Vancouver, Washington, or Portland, Oregon.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for tips to find Coggins.

PORT ORCHARD, Wash. -- Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who killed a grandfather walking in South Kitsap County Saturday morning.

Deputies said 61-year-old Michael Keaton, who retired from the Navy, was walking against traffic and wearing a bright colored shirt and reflective vest when he was struck on the shoulder of Sidney Road.

He died at the scene just before 7 a.m.

Jerry Denson: Convicted felon wanted for crash that killed mother one of U.S. Marshals’ top fugitives

WANTED BY WASHINGTON STATE PATROL —
Booze and marijuana – it’s a deadly combination when you get behind the wheel — just ask one grieving mother after her daughter was killed riding in the car with a driver accused of being impaired.

Deadly car crash victim, Joy Brannon

“It was my baby girl and I miss her dearly and I`m just asking, if you all can just help find justice for the family,” pleaded Joy Brannon’s mother, Twalla Fields.

Troopers are asking for your help to find the driver, Jerry Denson, after prosecutors charged him with vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment.

He’s one of the U.S. Marshals-led Western District of Washington Fugitive Task Force’s Top Ten Most Wanted.

The crumpled remains of the car troopers say Denson was driving sits impounded in an evidence lot of the Washington State Patrol. “About 11pm on St. Patrick`s Day of last year, March 17th, this vehicle that`s behind me was traveling southbound I-5, in the area of State Route 516,” said Trooper Rick Johnson.

Brannon, 28, was riding in the back seat after troopers say Denson and two friends picked her up from the hair salon where she worked. “It was dark, of course, and raining heavily and from what we understand the vehicle was traveling at a high rate,” said Trooper Johnson. Troopers say Denson lost control, hit a guard rail, then another vehicle before flipping onto its roof. Joy was thrown from the back seat into the north bound lanes, “At which time she was struck a couple times by vehicles that, obviously, had no time to react, nor could they really even see what was really going on,” Trooper Johnson explained.

For Joy's mom and her sister, learning about the crash was one of the worst days of their lives. "It`s heartbreaking. It`s a hole that can never be filled,” said Twalla. “I just remember I broke down when my dad told me that early morning,” said Joy’s sister, Ebony.

Joy had a five year old son. “Every day when I see that child I have to go to another room and cry for him, because he don`t know. All he knows is that his mommy`s not here,” said Twalla.

Now, Joy’s family is on a mission to get justice.

Troopers say blood tests showed Denson had been drinking and using marijuana.

"I would just like to tell Jerry Denson, right is right, wrong is wrong, what my grandmother used to say,” said Ebony. “I`m not saying he went out to kill her, but we have to take ownership of our responsibilities and you have to be a man."

Nobody knows if Denson is even still around, or if he took off out of state, but troopers are hoping somebody can give them the clues to find him, or that he does the right thing. "Turn yourself in,” Trooper Johnson tells Denson. “We will find you. It`s only a matter of time. Turn yourself in and let the court system run it`s process.”

Denson is 28 years old and he is a convicted felon with a criminal history that includes assault and harassment.

If you can tell troopers where to find him, Crime Stoppers will pay you a $1,000 cash reward.

Call the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477), or use the P3 Tips App on your smart phone.

WHITE CENTER, Wash. -- King County Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help identifying three burglars who broke into a home on 18 Avenue SW in White Center between June 3rd and 4th and hauled away bags full of items including X-box gaming systems.

“They went through every single box, opened it up, dumped it on the floor, opened it up, dumped it on the floor," said Mike Menaglia who owns the home.

The thieves were caught on a game camera.

“One neighbor in back actually saw the three going down the alley and he says, 'Hey, we’ve got you on video and so at that, they went and ran down the alley," said Mike Menaglia.

He had to cover broken windows with plywood and put a hardened steel chain on the door to keep them out.

“I can tell you that after they broke into the house, they came back once, twice, three times to get into the garage," said Menaglia.

The suspects appear to be one male in his late teens or earlier 20s, a woman in a red top who could be in her 30s and a man in a baseball cap who appears to be in his 30s.

"It's a burglary. They're entering a place that's not there's and stealing items so that's a felony," said Sgt. Ryan Abbott.  “We just really want to identify these people and hold them accountable for what they did."

If you know any of their names, Crime Stoppers will pay you a cash reward of up to $1,000. DNA leads to charges after sexual assault victim jams finger up suspect’s nose

SEATTLE — King County Prosecutors have charged a suspect in a 2014 sexual assault on a woman walking home in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle.  The victim who asked not to be identified when Q13 News interviewed her said a man tried to drag her into an open and dark parking lot on 2nd Ave.

Detectives say he grabbed her breasts and put his hand down her pants as she fought back.  “My main mission was to stay up on my feet.  All I could do is go for his face, so I was just punching, scratching and, at some point, my hand got up his nose and I was twisting.  I was in full defense mode,” she said.

According to court documents, a DNA sample taken from her finger after she stuck it in the suspect’s nostril during the fight identified 35-year-old Jose Luis Tum-Coronado as the suspect.  His DNA was collected and entered into CODIS after he was convicted in Georgia for Armed Robbery.

Belltown sexual assault victim recounts attack: ‘All I could do is go for his face’

Prosecutors have charged him with Indecent Liberties and requested a $500,000 bail once he is released from Central State Prison in Macon, Georgia where he is serving a two year sentence.

Probable cause documents show that on June 19th, a Seattle Police detective traveled to Georgia to interview Tum-Coronado.  The suspect told him he attended Roosevelt High School and worked at the Silver Cloud Hotel in Seattle.  He said he often would go into bars located west from the Space Needle.

The victim said she was assaulted around 1 a.m. on Jan. 18 when she was walking from lower Queen Anne to her apartment in Belltown.  She noticed a man following her.  “When I was walking down the sidewalk, I just felt someone behind me so I crossed the street to try to get away,” she said

Surveillance video shows the victim walking, and then a man approaching behind her.  She says she tried to turn up a street to get to a busier area, but ran into a trap when the man met up with her near a crosswalk. “When I went to walk past him, he grabbed me by my shoulders,” she said. “That look in his eye, he was totally in predatory mode.”

Tum-Coronado said he couldn’t remember what happened the night of the attack but that justice needs to be served and he’s ready to face the consequences, saying, “I think that I was drunk and I ran into the female, and I tried to touch her and she grabbed me. I don’t how how it happened, she could’ve scratched me or whatever. And that’s how my DNA was found on her but if they have my DNA, I would declare myself guilty and face my case.”  He then asked the detective to apologize to the victim on his behalf.

SEATTLE -- A couple's trip to Seattle to see their son for the first time in a year has turned into a nightmare for some Nevada parents.

Sean Sheffer says his dad parked his Chevy van in a UPark parking lot on Capital Hill near 1404 Boylston Ave.  When he came out Monday morning, it had been stolen.

They filed a report with Seattle Police and have been out ever since searching neighborhoods from SoDo to Green Lake.  His mom and dad drove the van to Seattle from Las Vegas. Now, they have no ride home.

"This is where they live. They pull over in rest stops and this is like their RV, so losing this is like kind of losing a house," said Sheffer.

His dad worked hard for years to keep it running and converted it into a camper.

"Anything you can think of, solar panels, electric, even like a portable toilet and stuff. Everything has been thought about and my dad has tweaked it for years so it's (loss is) very devastating," said Sheffer.

$36,000 reward for suspect who burned 3 Jehovah’s Witnesses churches in Thurston County

OLYMPIA, Wash. -- Four recent attacks on Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Thurston County are being investigated as hate crimes.

Over the past four months, police say someone set fire to two Kingdom Halls in Tumwater and Olympia, and fired dozens of rounds into a Kingdom Hall in Yelm.

The Kingdom Hall in Olympia was recently destroyed by fire.

"It’s a sad thing to see that a community building like this would be damaged by one person and their drive," said church elder David Norman. "We live in difficult times now."

Authorities want to talk to the man featured in the photo gallery below. They are not calling him a suspect, but a person of interest. He recently bought firewood starter logs used in the July 3 fire at the Olympia Kingdom Hall.

Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment Missing Attachment

At a press conference Wednesday, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives along with the Thurston County Sheriff's Office and the Arson Alarm Foundation announced a $36,000 reward for the suspect.

"We simply cannot tolerate these types of hate crimes and we must investigate and prosecute those responsible aggressively," said Olympia Police Chief Ronnie Roberts.

Not only have these crimes have had a tremendous impact on the religious community in Thurston County, it’s also touched those who live nearby. Neighbors near Olympia's Kingdom Hall attached letters of love and support to a fence that surround the burned out structure.

"It has been amazing the way community been supportive," said Norman. "The signs are only an indicator of the kind of love and empathy shown by community. It has been amazing to see people rally to help congregation."

The incidents:

  • Two arsons took place on March 19, one at a Tumwater Kingdom Hall. The second at an Olympia Kingdom Hall. Damage to both was minor.
  • The third incident took place May 15 when an unknown suspect shot at a Kingdom Hall in Yelm. Police said about 35 rifle rounds were fired at the building causing more than $10,000 in damage.
  • On July 3, police believe the same suspect came back to an Olympia Kingdom Hall and finished what he had started in March. The fire set in July destroyed the building.

Authorities haven't physically linked these crimes together by evidence but they do believe the same suspect is involved in each crime.

The ATF believes these incidents were meant to send a message. Authorities said the suspect may have a grievance related to the Jehovah's Witness community. The suspect also may have altered their appearance since the arsons began.

"We take events at houses of worship very seriously and are appealing to those who live in and around Thurston and the surrounding counties to partner with us in protecting their communities in this investigation," Seattle AFT agent Darek Pleasant said.

No injuries have been reported in any of the incidents, but "it is inevitable that innocent people will be injured or killed if these incidents go unchecked," Pleasant said.

Anyone with information on the fires of the shooting should call ATF's toll-free hotline at 888-ATF-TIPS, Crime Stoppers of South Sound at 1-800-222-TIPS, or the Arson Alarm Foundation at 1-800-55-ARSON.

VIDEO: Fireworks bombing destroys 7 mailboxes; ‘This could have…killed people’

WOODINVILLE, Wash. -- Home surveillance video captured massive explosions set off inside a mailbox in Woodinville.

They woke up Tony Hain at 2:40 a.m. Monday. That's him in his own surveillance video, taking a chain saw to tree branches to keep the fire from spreading.

“That bush went ‘poof’, straight up and just like that it was 30 feet high," Hain said of the flames that soared after the initial explosion.

In the daytime, the charred mailboxes and the damage are clearly visible.

“It smells worse now than it did at the time. This is the box that the device was set in. The back of the box was actually in the bushes back there. The box had been blown up in a crumpled mess here. The lid is somewhere over there in the blackberry bushes," Hain said.

King County sheriff's detectives believe fireworks were used to create an explosive device. They're calling the crime a felony bombing, with the bomb squad investigating.

“This is actually real serious. This is considered a bombing and we need help to find who these suspects are," sheriff's Sgt. Ryan Abbott said.

According to Abbott, the suspects appeared to be four white males, teenagers between 16 to 18 years old in a 2005 Ford Escape that pulls up. One of them gets out and walks over to the mailbox, lights the bomb and takes off. Seconds later as their vehicle drives away, a huge explosion, followed by another one.

"This could have actually killed people," said Hain.

He says they're lucky the fire didn't spread.

“If there had been wind, it would’ve been over. It would’ve gone up in to these trees and there would’ve been no stopping it,” said Hain.

The mailboxes sit at his elderly neighbor’s property; they didn’t hear Hain trying to wake them up.

"In the middle of the night they didn’t hear the blast, because their hearing aids were out. They didn’t hear me banging on the door. If their house was on fire, nobody could have got to them," said Hain.

All seven of the mailboxes are going to have to get replaced. Neighbors got an estimate of how much that’s going to cost and the damage to the landscaping, which they say has come to about $3,000 so far.

Hain, who works from home, says many of his neighbors work from home, too, and not being able to get mail at home is affecting their business operations.

"We have to go pick it up downtown," said Hain.

He also says other neighbors rely on mail order prescription -- all much bigger impacts Hain says that the teenagers never thought about.

Vehicle of two persons of interest has '405 Motors' paper tags

"I think they didn’t understand what they were doing," said Hain.

Later Monday, two young white men or teens that investigators are calling persons of interest stopped and took photos of the damage. The vehicle they were driving had paper tags from 405 Motors. It was the second time they had come by to look at the mailboxes, which was suspicious.

Law enforcement is asking for the public's help to identify any of the four teens who set off the explosive. Crime Stoppers will pay a cash reward of up to $1,000.

KENMORE, Wash. – Human remains that were found by a road crew in Snohomish in May were identified Thursday as a Kenmore mother of two who has been missing since 2016.

The Snohomish County medical examiner’s confirmed the remains were Jamie Haggard, who was 27 when she vanished. Her last contact with her family was June 8, 2016.

The cause of death was listed as homicidal violence, and the manner of death was homicide.

Throughout the investigation, police had considered her disappearance suspicious. Jamie’s cell phone and credit cards have not been used since she was last seen.

The case had gone cold -- until a new tip led the King County Sheriff's Office to re-search a home in Kenmore in May of 2017. The excavation did not turn anything up and the case still remains unsolved, but not forgotten.

Haggard's remains were found near Downes Road and Falls Road in Snohomish.

"We don't want Jamie's story to go away," said King County Det. Jessica Santos. "We want people to remember what her story was. We believe somebody out there knows. Somebody was maybe there that night. Somebody knows what happened maybe a few days before the incident, maybe the day of the incident, maybe they weren't comfortable at the time to report it, but maybe they've changed their minds since then. We truly believe somebody out there knows what happened to Jamie and we want to find her and we want to bring her family some peace, right now."

If you have any information about what happened to Jamie Haggard, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS, the King County sheriff's office at (206) 296-3311 or use the P3 Tips App to submit your information anonymously.

LAKE STEVENS, Wash. — Lake Stevens police are looking for someone they say shot two arrows through a family’s cat and then left it to bleed out.

A Lake Stevens family says their cat went missing on Saturday, July 7th. The 1-year-old cat named Hunter Moon, had access to both the inside and outside of the house, Tina Mercer said.

Mercer is the cat’s owner. She says when Hunter Moon did not return, she started to worry.

“He always comes when you call, and the fact that he hadn’t, I knew something wasn’t right,” said Mercer.

Mercer said when her son told her Hunter Moon had returned home, she was excited, but the excitement did not last long.

“I thought it must have been some sort of accident,” said Mercer. “I realized it was not an accident, and my little Hunter had been hunted,” she added.

The one-year-old cat had an arrow sticking out of its leg. Mercer raced her pet to the vet to try and save its life.

“It’s disturbing and concerning people feel fearful for their own pet safety,” said Officer Cindy Brooks.

Brooks works with the Lake Stevens Police Department.

She is trying to find the person that shot an arrow through a family’s cat and then left it to limp away

"As a pet owner and pet lover, I’m horrified to see it in that condition,” said Brooks.

Thursday, the Mercer family was happy to bring Hunter back to their home from the vet. They hope sharing this story will make people aware, and possibly find the person who did this.

Pasado's Safe Haven, joined by Washington's Most Wanted host David Rose is offering a $2,000 reward for tips leading to a conviction.

If you have any information on this case please call either 425-334-9537 or 206-300-7218.

Help ID prolific pickpocket suspects possibly linked to Puget Sound fraud ring

WANTED IN EDMONDS —
Last week it was Everett Police reminding you to protect your purse when you go to lunch.

This week it’s Edmonds Police echoing the same alert.

Many women will hang the strap over their chair where it just takes a moment for a pickpocket to grab their wallet.

Edmonds detectives say someone knowing this pair’s names could help take down a prolific theft ring. Detectives say they went on a spending spree with a credit card from a purse that was stolen from the Panera Bread in Edmonds.

“We think they’re tied into possibly a fraud ring that’s working in Puget Sound,” said Edmonds Police Sgt. Shane Hawley. “When we started looking into things a little further we noticed Everett had a case with a couple of gals where they stole some stuff, actually stole the victim’s wallet from a Panera Bread and then ended up using the credit cards. Well, we had a similar situation, also at our Panera Bread store where a victim had her purse stolen and then the same stores were targeted to use the credit cards. Digging in a little further we realized Bellevue had the same thing happen at a Panera Bread and we compared photos, we have the same suspect. Our suspects are going to be different from the two Everett had, but considering the MO they’re operating with, we think they’re probably tied together. And, digging even a little further into it, we discovered a 2017 case with our suspect all the way down in Southern California, so this guy’s been a busy bee and probably working his way up the coast.

Detectives think he's white, heavy-set and in his late 30's to early 40's.

She's heavy-set with short hair.

Detectives say they used the stolen credit card at a Safeway and other stores around the area to rack-up around $9,000 in charges.

The cameras at the Safeway got great looks of them. "The quality is really, really good. Excellent quality video and we're hoping someone can get an ID on both of them,” said Sgt. Hawley. “We see the same two in various stores throughout Puget Sound using the victim's credit card, but this is the best video we have, by far, so we're hoping with the quality of the video and the pictures that we got that someone will be able to spot them and say, 'Hey! I know who that is!"

If you know their names, use the P3 Tips App to submit the information anonymously to Crime Stoppers, or call the hot line at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477).
